It's a 2-1 series and after GS wins game 4 we'll be where we should be, 2 games all. After everything that has happened, been said, predicted, occurred, including multiple shots to the dick the series will be dead even. Clearly a few of you need to take a few breaths, chill out on declaring seasons over, calling all time dominant teams gimmick's and enjoy what you're watching because we're likely going to be here for 4 more games.
Ya, this is a sick series

Could still def see GS winning 4-2, all options are on the table here. GS could lose the next 2 as well.

I remember SA cruising against OKC the first year OKC went to the Finals. Was up 2-0 and then bang bang bang lost the next 4.

Yep, made me sit up when you're seeing it live and don't know it's coming. He's WIM personified. I always think of him as Achilles, no ****s given.

GS might be fraudulent, but only in the sense they may not be some unstoppable juggernaut like people thought. Even if they're not one of the best (playoff) teams ever, they are still really, really good.

OKC could be even better.

RUSS is a monster and KD is an all-time great scorer

these things aren't being lost or overlooked. they're implicit in every argument about the warriors getting rekt and the downfall of an all-time great team.

Only a true legend and a sidekick that is on track to be a top 10 player of all-time could thoroughly dismantle a great Spurs team and just smash this Warriors team like they did last night.

Series not over, lets pump the brakes on GSW being dismantled. That's about as bad as whomever said GSW had "solved" OKC after game 2. These games exist in a vacuum and I doubt anything other than injuries or a possible suspension carry over into game 4.

If Dray gets suspended, however, I think it will make an already difficult opponent much harder for Steph given how well those two work together, and I could see OKC settling somewhere in the -4 range.

Yeah, GS is far from over, they're just not as invincible as people thought. That's no crime. Maybe Steph will dance and prance a little less now tho.

I suggest people go on a sports betting site and have a look for themselves : GS is -150

They are still much better than OKC

Draymond Green now claiming his kick was part of selling the foul, and responded to RUSS's opinion that it was intentional by blaming RUSS and other NBA stars for starting the acting/flopping trend.

It was about to be a 6 point game in the 2nd quarter and Foster decided not to eject Draymond, it's pretty self explanatory.

The fact that the Warriors became super shook and the Thunder played with mad heart shouldn't change things.

That would be a mistake. its almost always correct for superstars to project supreme self confidence and a sense that they control their team's destiny. It takes some of the pressure off the lesser players.

Not sure I agree with the last line. OKC has played better the last month or so imo, but whether or not that's due to injuries, chemistry, depth vs top heavy, or whatever is up for debate. Golden State were a better team the whole season but they most certainly haven't been since the playoffs started.

Personally I think it's attrition plus the fact that GSWs depth is less of an advantage. Add the fact that Golden State faltered somewhat to end the season and here we are now.

I think that speaks somewhat Kioshks remark about them not being invincible. Many of us suggested that they lulled to end the season as a result of the record and the stress of going for it, but it could be that they just played better earlier and midway through the year. Either way those of us who thought they'd just turn it on and annihilate everyone are starting to believe otherwise.

Free-est money of all time. No way GS wins 3 of 4.

The other thing that is being overlooked is that the Warriors had several games like this in the regular season where they played like a steaming pile and got their asses kicked. They lost by 13 on the road to the Bucks, 18 on the road to the Pistons, 32 on the road to the Blazers, and 17 on the road to the LOLakers. They also managed to lose at home to the TWolves. After every game, I felt like something was wrong, but it wasn't, not really. The Blazers blowout, in particular, felt a lot like last night's dismantling.

OKC has good equity here not because the Warriors are broken or fraudulent, but rather because they have managed to get out to a 2-1 lead and are pretty damn good themselves.

I think at best the call stands which means he can't get another technical, and my guess is the refs pay extra attention to his screens and whining. Could make him a little less affective and he hasn't necessarily been good this series.

I don't know how I missed the awesomeness that is the Steven Adams interview until now. He's a really funny guy and quite entertaining.

This sounds about right, and it perfectly captures the problem with draymond thinking that it is OK to get a bunch of dumb techs just because he is an emotional player.

Yeah it seems kind of desperate. I mean not even acknowledging that you may get suspended is fairly close to flat-out admitting guilt. Then he goes at Russ of all people who is the furthest thing from a flopper.

Yeah I was trying to give him the BOTD yesterday but he lost me when he said that he didn't even realize that he had kicked him/hit him with his foot. Really? I stopped listening after that and have come to the conclusion that he meant to flail his foot out and take the "whatever happens, happens" mindset. I honestly don't think he had enough time to think "yeah I'm gonna kick him in the nuts" but I do think he purposely threw his foot out. I'm still not sure whether that warrants a 1 game suspension or not. I'd lean towards no suspension but I wouldn't be surprised either way.
