Piece of **** Draymond should be suspended remainder of playoffs, remember Manu had surgery this year for an injury to that area.

The Warriors are a sick, terrifying team. OKC just seems like a bad matchup for them, especially considering GSW seems to have health issues. And it's glorious.
this is the correct, well-calibrated take

and the delusion of the cavsfan is pure entertainment at this point but i worry about the suicide rate once the fog has lifted from THE LAND

There are a lot of awful takes in this thread but one thing that is missing is the Russ haters. Where did you all go?

Naw man that's some crazy talk though I feel you
I mean the thunder starters beat the Warriors by 40 in r quarters. Scott Foster had no impact on the outcome of the game. Don't get why it's brought up over and over by the Warriors bandies. Yes we all know he is horrible...

I hated Russ for a season after he smoked Denver in the playoffs then trolled our mascot. I later realized the person I hated was the man in the mirror.

Btw has anyone seen a gif of that Russ rebound? I was listening on Sirius and the OKC announcer went mental, but didn't get a chance to see it.

Russ is the NBA's Marshawn. Either you love him or you are an *******.

Hi, since you claimed to be "open minded" i thought I'd help you out a bit. The Warriors DRTG (defensive rating- a stat that adjusts for pace) this year was 103.8, good for 5th in the NBA. Last year it was 101.4, the best in the league! One of the best offenses ever while leading the league in defensive rating sounds pretty damn well rounded to me. Meanwhile, the super well rounded '96 Bulls DRTG was 101.8. Also offensively, the Warriors have TONS of action off the ball that most other teams simply don't do. Are a lot of their plays designed to get open 3s? Sure, but isn't that smart when you have Steph Curry & Klay Thompson? You're ignoring that they run tons of counters that lead to layups and dunks. Hell, they haven't even attempted the most 3 pointers this postseason.

I'm not here to rehash the dumb and unwinnable Bulls vs Warriors argument, but calling the Warriors gimmick-y or unbalanced is just flat out wrong and misguided.

He grabbed it with one arm and cupped it around a mass of bodies

Yeah not enough talk about OKCs game plan being really good. They are switching heavily and just when GSW adjusts they go back to trapping and rotating hard. They've been disciplined letting guys like Iggy shoot while rotating to Klay and Steph,
Which is somewhat surprising given the reputation of OKC not being a high IQ bball team.

Yesterday they went small and crushed, but I do think there was some variance in there as the Warriors shot 1-19 or something in that stretch. Still I think a good portion of those misses were due to low percentage shots and I feel that OKCs small ball lineup is slightly better than GSWs on a neutral court.

The results sure do look like Billy Donovan is crushing these playoffs.

I don't get why the answer has to be either that Draymond pulled back and intentionally kicked Adams in the nuts or else it was a total accident.

The middle scenario is by far the most likely. Draymond intentionally kicked out his leg in a misguided and spastic attempt to draw a foul. He wasn't aiming for anywhere in particular or trying to hurt Adams, but it was a reckless play nonetheless. How the NBA will punish, or should punish, that sort of reckless play is a fair thing to debate.

My guess is that Draymond will not be suspended, though I am not naive enough to believe that the NBA will be making some sort of principled decision here.

This series is far from over, but it will be over soon if Draymond continues to play as poorly as he did last night and the Warriors collapse defensively like they did last night.

I said a while ago that I expected the Warriors to lose game three and win game four, with Curry GOATing it up in game 4. I guess that's still what I expect, but I didn't anticipate that Game 3 ass kicking at all.

I assume everyone is piling on OKC +115 to win the series since the Woyas are such frauds and OKC is undervalued?

Amazing how a team can "just be a matchup issue" for two of the five best teams in regular season history. Maybe they are really good.

I think that OKC is quite good, especially now that they have quit disintegrating in the last quarter of competitive games.

I don't see OKC as a particular matchup problem for the Warriors. Russ and KD are huge matchup problems for every NBA team.

OKC not getting nearly enough credit thus far in this thread and if they are it's getting lost in all the bull**** posters already dancing on the Woyas grave.

It's a 2-1 series and after GS wins game 4 we'll be where we should be, 2 games all. After everything that has happened, been said, predicted, occurred, including multiple shots to the dick the series will be dead even. Clearly a few of you need to take a few breaths, chill out on declaring seasons over, calling all time dominant teams gimmick's and enjoy what you're watching because we're likely going to be here for 4 more games.
