I know this, there is going to be a wave of Curry imitators. Can't remember what they're O/U was this year ... somebody says it will be about the same next year but I can't remember.

Last year : #2 offense, #1 defense, #1 net rating
This year: #1 offense, #5 defense, #2 net rating

Guess what. They are sick good at everything. Yeah they have Steph so they're the best at bombing 3s, that doesn't make them bad at other things.

If you seriously think a 67 win championship season followed by a 73 win season is founded on a gimmick then it's pretty much just lol you. Spurs have been the sickest gimmick in the NBA for 15+ years now. Only challenged by the LeBron gimmick Heat years and the early 2000s Lakers gimmick.

Lebron and Duncan are not as overrated as Curry or Kobe, but the league isn't what it used to be, outside of Durant and Westbrook, who are real men from an older era.

NBA referee Tim Donaghy made repeated phone calls to a second referee at the same time he provided inside information to professional gamblers during the course of the 2006-2007 season, according to court documents and phone records obtained by FOXNews.com.

The records show Donaghy placed 134 calls to referee Scott Foster — more than the 126 calls Donaghy made to his bookie — between October 2006 and April 2007, the period during which he has confessed to either betting on games or passing on game information to gamblers. The majority of the phone calls lasted no more than two minutes and occurred prior to and after games Donaghy officiated and on which he admits wagering.

With the exception of 150 calls Donaghy placed to Thomas Martino, to whom he says he provided “picks” to win games and who was the middleman between the disgraced referee and a bookie named James Battista, the ex-ref phoned no one more than he called Foster. During this period, the most calls Donaghy made to any other referee were 13.

I am rooting against the Warriors, but denying their greatness as a gimmick is ridiculous. The evidence is quite clear that they are a fantastic team. Very good defense, the best offense, and a great team in transition. I think GW is probably still a favorite for the rest of the series. They won't be if Draymond Green is suspended one game.

If the nutshot was on purpose then a one game suspension is way too light.

The only thing worse than the Woya fans coming out of the woodwork and claiming they will win every game by 50 are the trolls coming out to say GSW is overrated.

The Warriors are a sick, terrifying team. OKC just seems like a bad matchup for them, especially considering GSW seems to have health issues. And it's glorious.

Absolutely. Except, I wouldn't be surprised if they were the smallest of favorites even with Dray out for Game 4.

Steph has to come out game 4 and drop 40+.

Game 4 might be the best game imo, either OKC smashes Golden State again, or Steph drops 40+ and melts OKC.

Draymond might be screwed here.

It was reckless and not a basketball play, I don't see how they can let him loose.

I will come into contact with hundreds of these 7 million today and can guarantee you that the vast majority will have absolutely no clue about the kick and would perhaps vaguely recognize Draymond Green's name.

I was the sole voice of reason about the Spurs experiencing variance. Even when people accept that variance is a thing, it still feels like they don't *really* believe it cost a team a series. There was a bballinsider video about Spurs vs OKC, and it would be a completely different video if OKC hadn't airballed a few threes (because they turned into assists at the rim).

That said, seems like Donovan and OKC may be severely undervalued.
