Yeah that was pretty much the big fault with it. There was some good psychological stuff and uncertainty, but no sense of forward movement on any front. We have no idea what the other fsociety people are actually trying to accomplish (if anything) and Elliot is still stumped with "where is tyrell". I expect something to happen this week at least.
i just binged mr robot. don't really take the time to come up with theories when you're binging but i was impressed how early people realized the mr robot character wasn't real. I love how the show uses music. Excited to be caught up and see where the show goes from here.
I watched ballers despite not watching more than 1 or 2 eps last season. Man that is woeful.
The Night Of super promising. Very good so far. Concur with woody. Lead detective is awesome. And Torturro is amazing.
Vice Principals pretty much sucked but had a couple laughs and has some upside. Cautiously optimistic but it's pretty much impossible that it can touch Eastbound and Down so what's the point.
Had to shut Ballers off pretty early on into it. They think they can jump right to the later years mailing it in Entourage phase without actually being good first.
Thought Vice Principals has some potential for sure and def had some of the EB&D magic.
Laughed hard at the sarcastic "thanks for the spirited debate" lol.
Definitely feels like night of is going to be more "this is what it's like to be caught up in the criminal justice system" than a whodunnit. I like it so far.
Yeah I hope so. Ambiguity about what happened makes the suspense much better. I'd be fine with the show ending and never finding out exactly what happened.

Semi-spoiler'y info based purely on my skimming of Metacritic review blurbs:
Spoiler:
Seems like there will be a whodunnit aspect to it in the weeks ahead, a couple reviews mentioned "Law & Order" type plot twists. I don't see this as a bad thing at all, and think in a number of ways, the pilot actually kinda promises this sort of thing to the viewer.
Just finished season 3 of Breaking Bad. Improvement on 1 and 2 but I'm finding it hard to see how this show fits into any elite tier. Cartel was a huge improvement though. Need way more of them going forward. Jesse has taken the lead as the absolute WOAT character on the show bitch. Even worse than Skyler.
