Jesse WOAT character is a scorching hot take; I don't know if I've heard that one before. He's kind of central to the show, I'd just quit it if I were you and didn't like it by now.

Also the episode with the fly in the lab, for the entire ****ing episodes, was one of the worst tv episodes of a hit show I've ever seen.

I hated Jesse for most of the first 3 seasons and despised the fly episode but have BB as a top 5 show OAT. Probably the only show to improve every single season.

I'm plot committed so going to keep watching most likely so that's good to know. But he's just so stupid and not at all believable that someone would constantly make that many blatantly awful decisions and then everything always magically works itself out. The guy who plays him is also extra terrible and I can't listen to him say bitch one more time. It's a combo of a meh character made awful by real bad casting

Cool nostalgia piece and a fun 8 episode adventure, the characters were surprisingly well crafted - but I think if this were to get a s2, it'd go down the tubes pretty fast. I could feel myself getting sorta bored in those last couple of episodes. I think because it seemed like they didn't wanna fully flesh out their mythology (since there might be future material), and so at some point, the MYSTERIES became background noise, which is fine, but I think the show struggled with the balance a little bit.

I feel like it will get another season, and become bad, when maybe one 12-14 episode season would have been the sweet spot.

Fly isn't my favourite episode but wow if you didn't take anything from it. Walt pretty much says he has no idea why he's still cooking and essentially has nothing left to live for, but still refusing to take responsibility for Jane and the plane crash until he's super drugged up.

Says a ton about his current state of mind - continually putting himself above others with almost no justification is pretty much the basis of his character and transformation, and they lay it all out in Fly
