anyone else watch 'you're the worst' on fxx? not try to say its mindblowing, but in several ways it's similar to 'girls' but much more enjoyable.

Ha, that wasn't the direction I was going, but now that you mention it, s1 of Mr robot borrows a ton from fight Club, and ends with the big reveal of fight Club. S2, with nothing to guide it, it goes completely off the rails.

not even going to try to judge mr robot until the finale, but one thing you can't deny is that the main performances are top notch. the actors playing dom, elliott, darlene and angela are all killing it. I agree with the last line of the av club recap this week- the finale will either jump the shark like nothing before or kick the show into another excellent gear. not sure where it is going to go but im definitely excited to watch.

dom is the best part of the show by a mile.

odd, I think angela has been very meh this season.

Loved craig robinson's character and they blew that story completely.

Halt and Catch Fire is just amazing.

New South Park kinda meh but the drawn vag with balls was amazing.

This miniseries on Sundance called Gomorrah is quite good. Not in English tho. All guinea wop.

If you've watched 3rd tier shows like Justified, Rectify, 24, Dexter etc then Mr. Robot and The Night Of are better than most of the seasons of the aforementioned tv shows.

Seems like OK advice, but the first episdoe is really good, so what would happen is someone would watch it, be like "screw that I'm watching them all." Then, after watching them all, "ahh **** me."
