Listen, once the players said they couldn’t play the game got canceled without any pressure or threats from the league

Maybe in the Spring you can demand a congressional hearing on this, but for now the NFL outrage crowd should follow their own guidance in that the only thing that matters is the well being of the player
Like others have said in here you're a tard. You site the NFL claiming they didn't say get ready in 5 mins as fact when a 5 year old knows that's absolute bullshit.

We're not outraged. Goodell and Skip get graded based on past performance. Beyond that, you're the one who is mad.

You're telling on yourself bringing up Ray Rice and omitting the fact that he knocked her out. You're a tough, manly man tho. Much alpha.
I need you to dial down your anger

Maybe everything shouldn’t be about Roger Goodell, and the Ray Rice stuff obviously flew right over your head. Everyone jumped over Roger G about that too. As you said it was not Roger, it was Ray that did.

If you are still outraged in Spring you can ask for Congressional hearing on if an NFL employee said to warmup because the game was starting back up in five minutes

Lol even if they did say it can’t imagine being so dumb that I would get outraged by it. By the way, maybe it was some low ranking employee on the ground, but it doesn’t matter to me

They canceled the game without any fuss or threats so not sure what hissy fit is about

Just annoying and I couldn’t let it go

Totally congruent with your "only one man had the power."

Keep worshipping that authority, Marco. You're totally owning the libs here.

So you're fussing. Projection.

The outrage over the NFL is dumb, someone had to say it and look callous in process. But I can take the heat!

Surely the NFL will be trotting out Ryan Shazier to speak at some point this week. He's been their poster boy for years about how the league really cares about the players.

Right, society is duplicitous.

Doesn't change the fact that the players are humans and were affected. They're not picking cotton for us.

I'm an MMA and NFL fan. I'm not clutching my pearls. I'm also not going to remove the humanity from the players and expect them to dance for me in light of the circumstances.

Most of the media commentary is performative ldo.

You guys sure seem riled up but are telling the folks who were chill with the cancellation that they're outraged.

Goodell being a dick is an evergreen statement.

I love how he tries to leave it open-ended, but there is basically a 0% chance they will be able to make the schedule work to finish this game. He should have just said it’s a tie and that’s that.

Because maybe it won’t end up being a tie

Anyhow who cares at this point

Reading comprehension fail. I don't care that it hasn't announced exactly what they will do about the situation. It doesn't matter today. Perhaps they are quite sure what they will do but are not announcing it out of respect.

But yes, I do find the hissy fits thrown the NFL's way irksome and felt the need to comment.

does anyone know how many games were moved or canceled when Sean Taylor got murdered mid-week?

Reading comprehension fail. I was speaking to all of your posts, which is why I clearly referenced your thread domination since last night. And you still can’t help yourself trying to get in the last word.

Nothing like defending a multi-billion dollar org that always puts $ and winning ahead of human well-being.

Right, when someone replies to me, I usually reply back. Especially if they are both wrong and disrespectful, it’s a habit.

Please write me an essay on how the NFL put $ and winning (whatever that means in this context) ahead of a human well-being.

What did the NFL do that potentially compromised his care? Because taking 32 minutes to postpone as opposed to 7 minutes or whatever you think it should have been had zero impact. In fact, maybe the NFL’s first priority was making sure they were doing everything remotely possible to ensure he had the best care. Did you consider that?

Lol saying someone is disrespectful is rich coming from some of the posts you’ve made.

But I’m done arguing with you because you’re too stubborn to see it another way.

The NFL made it known they did their very, very, very best for Damar with their top notch medical response and top notch emergency personnel. And if he passes, I’m sure they’ll make another heartfelt statement about how terrible it is and that he died playing the game he loved.

In fact I bet if they did announce it was a tie most of y’all would throw a hissy fit that it is disrespectful somehow. You probably know this is true

Well, bye.

Sounds like you will stop watching the NFL, you can’t support bad people like that!
