I'm a big GSP fan but I don't see how he beats Bisping. Bisping isn't a small MW, he spent half his career at LHW. GSP isn't even a big WW by today's standards, he is going to be a solid 15 lbs smaller than Bisping in the ring, maybe more. Bisping's takedown defence isn't as bad as most people make it out to be, I don't see GSP taking him down much or keeping him down so I think the fight stays standing pretty much the whole time. GSP is a decent striker but so is Bisping and is going to have size and reach on GSP.

Honestly feel more and more like this fight isn't going to be close. If GSP wins he is going to have to do it standing, I hope he realizes that and alters his game plan accordingly. He is a smart fighter (probably the best at game planning) so if anyone can figure it out he can but I'm not optimistic.

Fair points but on the other hand GSP is very very good and Bisping is garbage. GSP beat everyone he faced and now a pretty mediocre fighter is going to beat him easily. Give me a break. Not happening.

Bisping started it by stepping on the Cuban flag a few months ago which was directed towards Yoel Romero & Masvidal being Cuban took exception to it & have said on several media outlets that when he sees Bisping they will have words.

This would be fair comment if we weren't 4 years from GSP's last fight. I don't think anyone can predict if he will be even close to his former ability. And the result of the fight depends heavily on that since I don't think peak GSP has an issue with Bisping whatsoever.

Think Bisping is a smarter fighter than people give him credit for. Looking at GSP record all his wins are 5 round decisions. I imagine Bisping worked tirelessly on his takedown defense for this so he should win this on his feet.

It’s not always the better striker that wins anyway, sometimes they go get caught when they confront decent opposition .
