Hey guys, remember how Tim Tebow and the Broncos beat the Steelers on the first play of overtime last night? That was really great.

10AM Eastern on ESPN2. I believe you are in the UK though? It will probably be on Youtube within hours. I also think they have the audio as a podcast not sure.

deadspin's article on this is pretty good:

By treating Tebow as if he were the worst thrower in NFL history, the Steelers turned him into an NFL playoff winner.

Woody Page talking to Elway after the game:

"He told me last week that Tebow needed to "pull the trigger" against the Steelers. When I asked for his evaluation of Tebow, Elway replied, 'He pulled it.'"

This is something the Patriots have always done well against Polamalu, get him out of position for big plays.

Bottom line was Denver's O had a better gameplan than Steelers D. Steelers D is so old they probably havent seen the option in over 10 yrs lol
Confirmed perturbed

You people are crazy. On a questionable play Pittsburgh was denied the opportunity to quickly run another play, like many other teams do. The refs stopped play, held a damn meeting with John Fox, and saved him a challenge. He never called time out or threw a red flag, and they still stopped everything for him. It was totally against Pittsburgh who obviously would have tried to run a play. Pitt got robbed there, not Denver, even though nothing came of it.
this is gold and is one of the best comments ive read on the entire internet

I phrased it poorly, but what im trying to say is that those would have perhaps been reasons to claim that Tebow is clutch. The way the game played out, to use that as an example of him being clutch like Mike is ridiculous. I wasn't bringing those up as reasons he's not clutch.

It was such an intricate design to give the person who usually manned the position in which ultimately let DT run free a condition in which he couldnt play in high temperature .

This reminds me of an earlier post you made when you suggested that they be more lighthearted or something like that. The thing is, with you it is often the case that you make arguments that are just ******ed. Then it's as if you wake up and instead of admitting that you were wrong, you basically say that you were never serious to begin with. It's as if you forgot to take you meds or something.

Comparing Tebow to Montana ad Jordan at this point in time is just so LOL. You do know the meaning of the words "sample size" right?

Feel free to go on record now, and predict that next season (or hey, why not for the rest of his career), Tebow's stats for the last 2 minutes of regulation compared to his stats for the rest of the time will be similar to what those stats are this year.

LOL.
