I have no phobia of needles. I just don't care if people are vaccinated or not and the narrative surrounding it has been incredibly flawed. It keeps you from having bad symptoms or being hospitalized. If you feel at risk get it, if not move on. It's available to pretty much everyone at this point. There's no excuse to have not received the vaccine if you want it or feel vulnerable at this point.

Again those surgeries are something which patients consent to. Not things that are mandated. Informed consent is important. The fact they sign that waiver means they acknowledge the risks and are voluntarily consenting to the procedure

Lol not even ****ing peanut butter is completely safe. The instances of negative interactions from the vaccine are incredibly low. You can't make people liable for something like this as long as they aren't negligent.

Right on! But, in the case of vaccines even if the company is found to be negligent in the production of the vaccine, they cannot be sued. If Jif(TM) is negligent in the production of their peanut butter, they can be sued. Vaccine producers cannot.

This seems like a faulty statement. The fact that they are exempt from litigation has zero relation to how safe they are. The safety is proven by data, not by whether the companies that make them can be sued.
