I mean...if true, what is the plan here? Why?

Probably to have a one stop shop to **** teachers' unions.

1. we need to enforce our laws. god demands it of us.

2. we shouldn't be hiring judges by the thousands, as our ridiculous immigration laws demand

3. even if everyone involved follows our laws to the letter, we shouldn't honor our side of it because they're cheating by knowing what to say to the judge!
