i have no words. What are people saying? Is this as blatant as it appears that she is as deplorable as they come? Backstab trump? she didnt know? Obviously this cannot be explained away as a giant coincidence.

from what i saw she didn't express sympathy for the immigrants, and mostly expressed her appreciation for the employees. they had planned for her to also tour the facility but it was raining so she just went home.

msnbc seems to be going with, "wow melania clearly advocates for immigrants behind the scenes because she personally changed trump's mind on this issue, what a hero." no mention of the jacket and her words and her facial expressions throughout the visit which all screamed, "i don't want to be here"

Why is she wearing a jacket at all? Is she implying that the prison cells are so well air-conditioned that she needs a jacket to feel comfortable? Is she wearing that to divert attention of the media from criticizing the administration for their handling of this onto what she's wearing?

This is offensive--she's definitely cares about money more than your typical slut.

The discussion is also working, narrative shifted away from the kids. Doing what they want you to do again and again. It does not matter to this country that these people are awful, they seriously don't care. Kids was the only way to get any sort of traction on (even if it still was only the minority of republicans).

She was at a church shelter which contained somewhere in the neighborhood of 0 detainees. It was a ****ing photo op which she still managed to **** up with that stupid jacket.

Also STILL waiting for Melania's "proof" that she wasn't working in the US illegally before obtaining a green card (which was promised over a year ago)

I finally listened to The Dollop episodes on Trump. They talked about Melania not being able to really make it in modeling, so instead she just started going on a bunch of dates with old rich guys obviously trying to get one to marry her, and during one is when Trump slipped her his number.

Trump also had her call into the Howard Stern show and say that her and Trump had sex daily lol.

I've heard people say that the stupid stuff Trump does is just a distraction so that deplorable legislation can be passed without too much coverage. I've never believed it before, mainly because he is too dumb for that. This jacket though, is the first time I believe that it might be a deliberate distraction. I hope it's not gonna dominate the news cycle.
