Has anyone been to Friday's for the $10 endless appetizers promo that they're advertising. If so, can you eat all the different apps or are you stuck with what you originally order? I imagine I could do some serious damage here.

Single app choice. Otherwise the deal is awesome. As it stands it's ok

Yeah I just did some research on it. There are some interesting articles out there about people testing it out.

Me and a buddy are gonna go tonight. I'm guessing boneless wings and loaded potato skins are the play for 2 people.

I don't know the answer to this. Most all you can eat type deals include a no sharing bit of language in the fine print

No kidding. She says that she loves mozzarella sticks, which I get, but man if you are going to be eating a lot of something, a ton of fried Mozzarella is no bueno

Ehhh, plenty of those here, and they are great. But Subway is literally 150 yards from my office for one. For two, I can get full at Subway for $3.25 including a drink. For three, it is 400-450 calories total. Also, the bacon/whole egg/pepperjack chz on flatbread with spinach, olives, banana peppers and chipotle sauce is legitimately tasty. As tasty as barbacoa on a homemade corn tortilla? Obv not. But convenience+health+taste+value make it a reasonable option IMO.

AYCE boneless chicken wings and potato skins while watching whatever game you like to watch sounds like a great idea. I guess they figure you'll be washing all that food down with beer, so they still make money. I guess the hardcore value squeezers will order soda or even water.

This promo will surely go away by the time football starts, right?

wet,

If you want two unlimited items between two people, it's $20 each.

They said they won't be Nazis about it if someone grabs a wing or two from another person, but sharing is not allowed.

Otherwise you could just go in with a few people for a $10 all you can eat appetizer buffet.

20 total right? As in, in order to partake, you have to at least buy one of the endless apps yourself?

Or are you saying 20 each, endless apps of both types for both people, otherwise just one app type each?

the second one.

if you and I go, I could pay $10 for endless mozz sticks and you pay $10 for endless boneless wings. As El D says, if we trade 1 or 2, no bigs, but if I am gonna have a plate of wings in addition to my mozz, I am gonna hafta pay $20, as you are, if you want a plate of mozz.

Too bad you can't add options for a reduced price - 2 types for 15, 3 types for 18, something like that.

Agree football would be an awesome play here. I wonder if there's a table time limit? As has been mentioned, seems like some folks would plop themselves down at 12:35 and sit there until 11 PM on sunday eating wings and drinking free refills of coke, total bill ~16 w/ tax and tip.

On the flip side, going for wings & skins while watching a game sounds awesome, until you realize you'll have 4 beers and you'll have suddenly spent $60 at Friday's.

Really?

Anyway, as others have said, it's $20 each. Which I guess I should have said in some clearer way in my original reply than "$20 each."

jaw,

Yeah, this has been discussed quite a bit in the OOT Oreo eating thread, and that seems like a great idea for both Friday's and customers.
