That is correct. Merge and WPN are no longer an option for Nevada players.

Full Flush no longer accepts anyone from regulated states. That goes for the entire Equity Poker Network.

Site sucks, wouldn't waste your time. The 3 you listed are the only real options.

That is correct. They don't have much in the way of MTTs or SNGs, but the cash games are soft.

I have been playing on bovada and have some concerns obviously. The fact that it is anonymous makes me feel like they could be stealing from their players. I know others would agree that some of the play on that site is real sketchy.

are there any alternatives in the US that are even semi reliable and have decent cash outs?

do sites online post anything to suggest their software is legit? Obviously it sucks being in the US poker market so do i have to just deal with it or play live?

what games if any are people beating on Bovada? i seem to have huge swings playing 50nl 6max or full ring.

should i just log on to a table and ask everyone to say hi if they aren't a bot?

Given your first paragraph, I'm wondering what you think a bot is and can do.

I've done better playing mid stakes on Bovada than I ever have anywhere else. I don't think I'm a bot. Honestly, out of all of the US options Bovada is the 1 I'm least worried about and it's not even close.

"post anything"

What?

The site you are berating gives access to all hole cards in every hand played. You can go download them right now from your Bovada Poker client and check your opponents play.

All of them are being beaten by a plethora of people.
"Huge swings" happen in poker. The math predicts it, and the cards deal it out.

I think you'd be interested in this thread.

Hey fam, I just started to play poker serious in live games and need some guidance on online poker. My biggest concern is being to profit in online cash games because the play is so tight. I'm a US player in Florida with no laptop considering buying a Chromebook. I would like to know sites I could play and ways to make money in cash games or any other ways you can grind $50-100 desposit. Thanks for any help

Should be good to go on Winning Poker Network skins America's Cardroom, Black Chip Poker, and/or True Poker. Juicy Stakes is another option, and if you're a Bitcoin guy, Seals With Clubs is the best option for that.

And kudos for moving to Buffalo. I grew up in Niagara Falls, and the exodus of folks that have left that area over the past 30 years hopefully is receding a bit. Enjoy the lake effect, beef on weck, the chicken wings (good Lord, they are good), and the Sabres and the Bills (if you're a glutton for punishment).

Depends on where in NY. You might be able to play on Merge. If not, WPN is your next best bet.

Yes, there are a few. TehNutz mentioned most of them, but you might also be allowed to play on Merge, depending on your Zip Code.

Low stakes fixed limit holdem you have two choices really. Bovada and Merge. You have more choices with low stakes SNGS, but both of the aforementioned sites should have plenty.

You can play on all the sites listed in the original post of this thread from the state of Florida.

Is it time to change the Post #1 Restricted states Play On?

"Restricted states; Play on:
Kentucky: Bovada + Revolution
Louisiana: Bovada + Revolution + WPN
Maryland:
Missouri: Bovada + PPN + Revolution + WPN
New Jersey: Bovada + Merge +Revolution + WPN
New York: WPN + Merge (certain zip codes only)
Utah: Bovada + Revolution + WPN
Washington: Bovada + Revolution
Washington D.C.: Bovada + Revolution"

Since the New Jersey cease and desist was sent out to the major affiliates: Merge, Revolution and WPN have pulled out of New Jersey. Bovada announced that they will not accept new accounts but current players in New Jersey can continue.

First off, thanks.

Second, Isn't Merge horrible at cash outs? Or is that Lock Poker only? They are a skin of Merge, no? Is it "safe" to play there? I know safe isn't really 100% safe in this day and age, but you know what I mean...
