I dunno if Happy Hour is new or old, just received an email about it.

What games does this apply to, the T&Cs suggest any real money games.

And the email says happy hours are 09:00 – 11:00 BST, 15:00 – 17:00 BST and 20:00 – 22:00 BST, the Rewards tab in client says 6-7 CET, 17-18 CET and 23-0 CET.

Sort it out eh?

Yeah, sorry Bwin but this promotion is a borderline scam. Nobody would be able to clear the full bonus they qualify for.

The difference in customer support between party and stars is rather significant, I don't think a simple merger with 888 will be enough to bridge the gap (888 support is shocking too).
It is well known on here that I have had my issues with party and it's support, and it is common on these forums and others to see that any complaints get met with a standard email saying it isn't their fault (and taking over 24 hours for a reply).

Contrast this with my other half who has an account with Stars.
He made a bet and it wasn't settled 6 hours after the event finished. He mailed customer support and within 5 minutes he had an email apologising and saying the bet had been settled manually.
That was 2 days ago. Today he emailed support to say a free £20 bet he was expecting hadn't been credited and that he thinks it was his fault because he did an inplay bet first followed by the correct bet.
Within 20 minutes he again had a mail apologising, saying there was an error crediting the free bet and that it had been added in cash.

That is two issues, both solved within 20 minutes and the whole lot solved in 2 days (on party you would still be explaining the problem to support who would simply send a generic response).

It kind of leaves me feeling very short changed and makes me want to withdraw and start afresh on another site (the only reason I haven't got a stars account now is because he plays on it and we play poker at same time and we don't wanna risk getting closed as we play in same household).

Colette, you should get some guys to make accounts with both party and stars, create some problems and see the difference in how it is dealt with. I don't believe for one second that your support guys are awful, which means that it is your methods and procedures are what is awful and need looking at if you are to keep hold of the few players you seem to have left.
Because I am running out of reasons to stay now :/

Just to add, the guys who deal with the DTD stuff are pretty amazing and it seems anyone who is actually connected with the club get things sorted fast, efficiently and leave the player feeling satisfied. Party need to look at the support DTD offer and change procedures to work along the same lines.

IQA you can tell a site in advance that you are playing from the same house and ask them to block you from sitting at the same tables. You should still be able to play HU v each other.

Deposited $10 to play the $5r. Maybe because I miss the bugs and whine about them Already had 2 mini disconnects. Saving $200 ticket, waiting for a "disconnection" free Sunday.

most annoying glitch today, anyone else get this.

I was playing 6 tables and it sat me out on 3 of them and even though I clicked sit back in and was still playing on 3 others it slowly timed me out and closed my tables. It's some sort of strange disconnection

How can you say your servers are very good? Can't log in via client or mobile. Of coarse it disconnects me the second I 3bet in the 150k.
