The disconnection policy is bull****. They refuse to give money back in a situation like this.

You should have cancelled the tournaments instead of allowing some players to steal all the chips.

I'm still waiting for them to give me back US$ 700 that was incorrectly taken from my goplay Mastercard more than 2 months ago. I'm certainly not going to send another e-mail about a different subject until they solve that.

I did initiate a chargeback but maybe I didn't do it properly? Not sure if I did something wrong. I called MasterCard but they told me I had to solve that through party and then party initiated the chargeback but that has been going for 2 months now. They initially told me that HSBC had 45 days to provide evidence that I received the money on the ATM. And even though they have failed to provide evidence so far I still have not received the money back.

That's weird. I have done it before and received the money very quickly, but I guess it depends on the response of the merchant.

OK, so it was a DoS attack tonight. ( attack confirmed) ( most likely DDoS but.. )

All the other poker sites have been hit pretty hard by DDoS attacks in the last year or so.

So first disconnect I lose half my stack. I double up get back into it. I raise get disconnected again. When game resumes apparently some other player didn't disconnect and took all the blinds. I'm out of the tournament and I know I will not get compensated for this one, BECAUSE not everybody got disconnected and the game continued without me.

I withdraw the profit of this single "party" night and try again in the future.

I think so. I was never charged withdrawal fee for a wire transfer, only Skrill and Neteller so absolutely nothing has changed.

Please note some changes to tournaments taking place today...

Unless otherwise stated in the tournament lobby all Rebuy MTTs (excluding Hyper Turbo) will now offer a starting stack and rebuy stack of 2,000 chips.

Add-on amounts will also change slightly depending on the blind clock:

5min clock: 5,000 Add-on
10min & 12min clocks: 4,000 Add-on

Feedback on these changes and any other part of our room is always welcome.
