Can't login to the account. I'm clicking "Sing in" button and nothing happen. Does anyone know what to do in this spot?

are the signing in problems solved yet?

i was not able to log in some hours before, so i tried reinstalling the party client
but the install's status bar stops at 0%, and not moves any further

i use Avast antivirus, but when starting to install party client it pops up a window sometimes (more frequently than i'd like :P) whis tells : there is an infection blockeg which is related to some privoxy.exe made by some TechSmart Computer "company", at the same time a script error window pops up, with yes/no buttons, and with a strange url : "http://cjs.linkbolic/scjs/...even more idiotistic..."

i dont know if its a false alarm, or for example my Internet Explorer is accessed by the installer and the IE is infected somehow (i use Chrome btw). i ran a boot time scan before this, it removed two another infections, but not solved the login problem. otherwise im not getting virus alerts in daily usage of the pc

do i have to do a more proper uninstall of party client before reinstalling it, or i should wait because party is still struggling with some tech problems, and thats why im unable to reinstall the client?

i dont want a complete os reinstall, but of course the idiot grinder ll do it if nothing else left :P

now i have been able to reinstall, and also i logged in

i done the deeper cleanup steps like uninstalling, deleting unused and internet explorer files with disk cleanup

but the reinstall process only succeed when i chosen a completely new directory to the new install's location

i dont know why it is a proble to reinstall to the same dir. maybe if i clean the remains of the old install from the registry too its not a problem, but its hard to find everything there

Also, what's the deal with being auto removed when you sit out. It seems like now you can sometimes sit out at a table without being immediately auto booted after 15 seconds. Anyone else noticing this?

wtf is going on? autorebuy is not working, cant open new cash table, 100$ disappear from cashier???!!!

cant seem to get partypoker working on ubuntu. software is sinstalled but crashes every few seconds.

any advice?

i got some longer disconnections, and the lag ate 1 buyin :P
not counting the fact i had no chance against anyone

+reinstalling the software took a half day
so big thumbzapp for today

i had many crashes when i used tilt breaker, and basically no crashes without it
at pty and at bwin too. but i use win7 64

maybe if u use Tiltbreaker try to get rid of it

the support guy tried to help, but remained unsolved, despite the problem was seemingly localized to 1 specific event (buying in), and i sent him some longer logs

I'm new to party, is it normal for tournie lobbies not to update unless u close and open again? Also for player notes are there colors or labels or anything?

So I was playing earlier tonight and had a weird bug.

I was playing 3xFast Forward and 1x Casual Cash Game tables.

The Fast Forward tables stopped working for some reason. I closed them, opened them again but they still didn't work. The money from the tables disappeared for 5 minutes or so but then came back into my balance.

I continued playing on the 1 Casual Cash Game table while playing a sitngo. The CCG table eventually broke, so I left it.

The balance from that table disappeared and has not appeared in my account yet This was over 3 hours ago now. Have closed and relaunched the client many times to check, but my account balance is still minus the amount that was on that table when I left.

The same thing happened to me; disappeared 300bbs; And today I just got 100bbs WTF !

To address the problems we experienced last night we had some global service issues which resulted in the need to restart some of our servers.
This resulted in various issues for some players with regards to log ins, stuck funds etc
The teams have been working throughout the night to resolve all issues in full.

Yeah I had about 170 bbs on the table I was playing on, it's still missing over 12 hours later, but Colette has told me she is working on it.

Can payouts for mtt's be fixed please? Currently beyond a joke! Take the $100 5k for example, a $425 mincash then the next two payouts are $450 and $475, can't imagine someone did this intentionally

I believe functionality has been fixed and this was a glitch.
There has been no attempts to log in but rather a system glitch which has resulted in several messages being sent in error
I have been assured accounts are secure and CS stated they would follow this up with you via email for confirmation
