Start with a complete reinstall (see below).
There are (or at least were) some memory leaks in the software but I don't know if they are an issue anymore. There are also some 3rd party software that can help (I can't name them anymore as it was considered spam).
Updated version of my reinstall instructions.
Anyone having problems should do a complete reinstall.
This is what I do when this needs to be done. Do at your own risk
Quote:
1. Uninstall Party using the uninstaller in Control Panel
2. Delete Party related registry keys
Go to start - type regedit.exe - go to edit - find - search for Partygaming - delete all Partygaming folders - after you find and delete the first folder, you can click F3 to find the next folder
ONLY DELETE PARTYGAMING FOLDERS AND BE CAREFUL WITH ANYTHING ELSE. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, DON'T TOUCH THE REGISTRY YOURSELF
3. Do a Disk clean up - in win7 start - all programs - accessories - system tools - disk cleanup
4. Reboot your computer
5. Download Party installer from their website
6. Install it to a new location (not to the default one)
