PartyRep, I am pretty surprised you are going to leave the clearing requirements of bonuses the way they are. It offers party little benefit to the amount of displeasure players feel from doing this. You earn a bonus, just to have to grind equal amount to release it? From your end, other than trying to entrap players, what benefit does it have?

No problems here with the "Remember me".

Only after some updates it doesn't work on the first time but it's very rare.

Only problem I have is getting support to respond within a week.

Thanks for the replies guys, I thought we were all in the same boat since the relaunch. Peculiar there are so many unable to use remember.

I just logged in and out twice and it definitely doesn't work for me, I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact I use a security token?? Anyone able to "remember me " that uses a token ?

Honstly, who the fun cares about if the "remember me" works or not? It must be the last important thing to fix concidering all the other issues that has to be taken care of. Just sayin...

On Wednesday the client crashed at least 12 times whilst 4/5 tabling tournaments, "remember me" makes a big difference.
To take it further, even having to mouse the cursor to enter the security number is an aggravation, knowing you are involved in pots with no remaining timebank due to previous crashes.

Sit out one/all cash tables doesn't affect me in the least.

And as far as fixing the issues in MTTs, how about :

- The automatic add ons. Not only are you guys behind on this feature, but with your software often crashing and having to reboot frequently, this is a must.

- The I am back button. After rebooting the software - once again - and I hit I am back on all the tables, it still automatically folds all my hands until I shut down all tables and reopen them... Seriously! How many hands you want me to miss! Fix this.

- How about you actually synchronize the tournaments so that when you register to a tournament that starts at 0:45 min, it doesn't still play during the breaks of 0:55-0:00. I am assuming that you do not want recreational players to sit there impatiently while the time bank of a reg is running out, because he is on break on all his other tables...

Well, lets fix the "remember me" then and then the software can crash as many times as it wants too cause now the log in procedure is really fast. Actually this sounds like something a ******ed Company like Party could come up with. Catch 22?

It seems you are looking for conflict while I am looking for a solution to one particular problem, which affects me and others in this thread.
The "remember me" works - look at the posts above.
MY "remember me" doesn't.

My questions aren't directed to party rep, neither am I asking him to fix it for me, I am talking to other players whom are more prepared than you to add helpful comments.

My reason for asking my last question is that I'm willing to forfeit the further use of my security key if I find from other players that "remember me" works without it.

Fixing broken crashing software is a separate problem.

I am on the verge of withdrawing my roll on party. I deposited through Neteller/Skrill way back, but I don't want to pay the 3% cashout fee.

OTOH, my other option is withdrawal to my bank account which is denominated in euros. I am afraid however that I am going to be raped on the conversion.

What's best between the two?

Switch your party account currency to euros and then withdraw. Afaik, there is no exchange fee when you switch the currency but maybe you can confirm it from someone here or from support first

Reminder problem - for example I had registered mtt 19:30 Central European Time and your reminder sent me email

"Don’t miss out – take your seat at 12-JAN-2014 13:30:00"
so converted CET time to EST and sent it in CET.

Party charges a hidden 3% commission on foreign currency cashouts, and has done since day 1. I have confirmed it many times when cashing out in AUD. The amount received is always very close to 97% of what I should have received according to Xe.com.

I switched account's currency about a year and half ago and there wasn't any fee (nor hidden). I even got about 1% better rate than was at xe.com at that moment, but that's just variance I guess. Direct withdrawals in different currency are different story.

But still, I'd check with support before switching currency nowadays - you never know what they've managed to introduce in last 12 months.^^
