Thanks I will try this the next time it happens assuming I was right about why it happened.how do I locate the window in the first place to move it ? When I checked the display properties it wasn't showing another monitor so I'm not sure if it's a windows problem or a party problem.

You don't need to locate, just activate. Then the Alt-Space opens a menu (which you likely won't see) for the window. Some key combo for your language means "move", you need to do this blind. Use arrow keys to move the window back to visible area (actually after you've clicked an arrow key, the window moves with mouse too....really, try this with a visible window first).

ya the fact that guy, and others have been reported for over a year and still continues to play is baffling. He is a bot that never plays a BB and his average sessions are like 5 hands. If they can't fix something like that with such overwhelming evidence I'm not sure they are capable of anything, well I think we all know the answer to this

I got 20$ bonus. I wonder what criteria they base themselves upon for how big of a bonus they hand out... I was playing 4 MTTs when it first froze, and then 1 when it ultimately crashed.

I got 50 euros. I feel like it's a thank you for understanding to avoid the software for 24hrs after the update.

In their email they write:

Yeah, they are communicating better, offering some promotions (like the 54$ bounty, 1k rakeback race on rakeback.com) and sent an apology/bonus for this breakdown. I believe it is the first few steps in the right direction. Still a few questions unanswered :

- what are they doing about the bots stealing blinds?

- How and will they redistribute the confiscated money?

- What do they have planned for loyality programs?

- How will the new protected tables function?

Did everybody get bonuses, or just those that were playing when the site crashed?
