i think everyone who played on Party last 2 hours will never Play again!!

a technical Problem is a ok, but then shut down the side, try to Keep it working again and then reopen Party again instead of annyoing everyone (fish and regs) by trying the Software every 10 minutes because we think it works again!

Today I've played 5.50+50 1000gtd ... I had about 54000 and was chip leader when software crashed...Blinds were 1000/2000-200 and according that I had about 17 BB...After 20 minutes they resumed tournament, but in that moment blinds were 3000-6000/600 and I had only 5.6 BB ...They didnt stoped blinds to raise when tournament crashed !!! All short stacks were going all in, taking blinds and dramaticly improve their stacks...In my opionion, that tournament was irregular cause they DIDNT STOPPED BLINDS TO GO UP and that ruine my game completely ...That happen when about 20 players left and we all have been in the money...I have finished tournament in 11th place and player who was just behind me when tournament crashed finished 9th...First 3 prizes got short stacks and I am very frustrated by party poker right now...!!!

I sent this email to bwin, detailing many errors that I as well as everyone else seem to be experiencing.

I closed my account on Party a few weeks ago.My goal is to get them to bring back the old software and use their resources to actually listen to their customers (ive called these guys in Belarus or wherever so many times over the years).

i am experiencing many different errors within the WPTpoker software. I have attached 4 screenshots and will try to give explanations of the different errors i am experiencing.

Error 1) I have been experiencing this error for a long time and was even asked to reinstall the software which didnt work. I am asked to login 5-6 times. Even after logging in 5-6 times (just to be able to register for a tournament) the display box at the top does not load and sometimes there is even an error message. Please see screenshot #1.

Error 2) I contacted you by phone a few days ago and told you that i set an email reminder 1 hour before a tournament started and i didnt get an email. I was asked to provide a screenshot next time this happens (screenshot #2). Please not that i have been experiencing this error for about 4 years and have missed many tournaments because of this .

Error 3)on www.officialpokerrankings.com i see this message “We are not able to track all Party Poker tournaments at the moment. Nor are we able to back-track any lost tournaments. We await a response from Party Poker. “

Error 4) Within this hour as i type this email i was playing in a poker tournament and i got a message telling me that the table was being closed because of difficulties and to go to the lobby. When i tried to track my position i could not find myself i this tournament. please see screenshot #4 for more info. *** i believe that this could be because of maintenance and difficulties you are currently experiencing with your database as explained to me on the phone by support***

As long as i can remember the servers on Party were always crashing. Even with the old software.
