It's insane that they're charging for a local transfer (they have local banks for the Fast Bank Transfer). Here in Mexico, you can transfer to other banks for free. Just thought I'd make people aware.

We understand your view however we have such a system to help players not to miss-out on a tourney for failing to register. Hence when the satellite qualifier has been completed, the qualifying players are automatically registered for the main tourney. An e-mail is also sent to players informing about the registration.

If you have missed a tournament because of auto-registration, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Hi Party_Rep,

Pokerfest Event #7 - $5,000 6 max (1 x Rebuy + Add-on) : The blnd structure is set up as Ante-Up, I'm guessing this is a mistake?!?! If not, you really should make it clear in the name/title of the tournamnet as it's mis-leading.

Pokerfest Event #4 - $15,000 Triple Chance (2 x Rebuys Only) & ALL the other similar 'Triple Chance' & 'Double Chance' Pokerfest events you plan on running: I don't think you have mechanics of the rebuy function working correctly in these types of tournaments. The last series you ran in these types of tournaments (if I remember correctly) you were allowed to rebuy straight away so you have double stack, but then if you bust, you can only rebuy half of what you started with if you rebought at beginning, which is stupid. I thought (again, maybe, I'm wrong) that the whole point in these types of tournaments was that you were only supposed to be able to rebuy if you lost ALL your stack which is where the Triple Chance and Second Chance got their name from?!?!

Can you get someone to double and triple check the rest of the Pokerfest Schedule and blind structures please? I was going to do it but it is stressing me out too much.

It's clear from this lol response that the real Party_Rep has had enough and has handed over thread replying duties to one of Party's customer service assistants. Now if you're going to hand over duties for a pretty important communications job, you'd make sure you'd pick the best person wouldn't you? So the above response is coming from one of their best customer service assistants.

It's LOL for many reasons:

* It doesn't appear they even read and/or comprehended what the initial query was

* "Hence when the satellite qualifier has been completed, the qualifying players are automatically registered for the main tourney." - This simply does not happen all the time

* ""An e-mail is also sent to players informing about the registration."" - This does not happen all the time either

HAH this is what happened to me and lucky i fought for my rights to have ticket back! utter joke! you don't want us to miss out.. more like you want us to be registered without our knowledge after we logged out! stop hiding the fact you're just trying to take everyone's money!
