he is never paying blinds and destroying the game! This has nothing to do with the sitout Problem, so please dont wait and ban this guy instantly!

Imagine you have a live Casino...and a guy is just playing when a new table opens...then he is playing 2-6 free Hands until he is in the blinds... stand up... and wait for a new table, doing the same!
i think you would ban such a guy from the Casino after 1 day! this guy is doing this for months on Party and partoypoker does NOTHING against him!!! so annoying!

As i am timed out with a big hand for the fifth time today I wonder if you could refer to the movie rise of the planet of the apes to improve the intellect of your programmers

The gimmicks built into the client around achievements lag and often wont load and show an error message, when the notification for an MTT pops up it freezes things worse than normal. This post is so futile in that your investment or competency in improving the client is obviously practically zero

I will say this for the client. Try opening Partypoker at the same time as PS. PS opens in a snap, PP takes a while. The client feels heavy and that's a sign of too much code, which in turn is badly written code.

i am experiencing many different errors within the WPTpoker software. I have attached 4 screenshots and will try to give explanations of the different errors i am experiencing.

Error 1) I have been experiencing this error for a long time and was even asked to reinstall the software which didnt work. I am asked to login 5-6 times. Even after logging in 5-6 times (just to be able to register for a tournament) the display box at the top does not load and sometimes there is even an error message. Please see screenshot #1.

Error 2) I contacted you by phone a few days ago and told you that i set an email reminder 1 hour before a tournament started and i didnt get an email. I was asked to provide a screenshot next time this happens (screenshot #2). Please not that i have been experiencing this error for about 4 years and have missed many tournaments because of this .

Error 3)on www.officialpokerrankings.com i see this message “We are not able to track all Party Poker tournaments at the moment. Nor are we able to back-track any lost tournaments. We await a response from Party Poker. “

Error 4) Within this hour as i type this email i was playing in a poker tournament and i got a message telling me that the table was being closed because of difficulties and to go to the lobby. When i tried to track my position i could not find myself i this tournament. please see screenshot #4 for more info. *** i believe that this could be because of maintenance and difficulties you are currently experiencing with your database as explained to me on the phone by support***

10 days later and as I predicted 0 response yet again from this company other than to tell me that they have forwarded these issues and that I was correct in assuming that server difficulties were the cause of me being unable to play in a tournament (the buy in was later refunded).

would not be the first time that I have uploaded screenshots and produced a well thought out email detailing specific software issues.

I guess its take it or leave it, never mind all you people who come in here saying its rigged, this takes away from the bigger issue. Buyer beware when you buy chips on this site you will not be treated like a customer on the phone or in emails half the time.

I thought the lag issue was overblown in this thread. I'd been getting occasional lag when opening the lobby but nothing too significant, didn't understand what the huge issue was. And then I played today. Holy ****ing ****. If some of you have been putting up with what I went through today for a while now then you are a real trooper. I will not be playing on Party again until I'm assured these issues are gone. It's so bad that it's actually making me miss the old Party software :\

Well the bugs were reported 1.5 month ago I personally sent mail+links to recorded video with lags on September 27th. They haven't really bothered to answer my mail for the last month or so .
Just we are regs we have no rights

At least we have Party_Rep who is active and fully supportive given that there are hundreds of bugs and pissed customers

Just deleted a bunch of rigged posts and replies, and one about NJ.

If you truly think Party is rigged, and have substantial evidence, you should start a separate thread about it, as that would be an important issue for the whole community to know about - feel free to post a link in here. But if, as is the case pretty much every time, you just want to rant about how it "feels" rigged, we have a huge thread in this forum for that, and we have an entire forum devoted to posting your bad beats if that's what you want to get of your chest.

As for NJ posts, as was mentioned, Party has a dedicated subforum for that now.
