When does the month start? Im on GMT (in UK) , does that mean my points month starts at 00:01 GMT. If so I am getting a lot less points.

Yeah, that was my last choice, but I also went through it and it runs. Finally.

I lost the table setup, but... oh well. I thought I had lost the notes also, because I didn't think of backing them up before (I'm trully smart), but it seems that uninstalling Party client does not totally erase all party files, so I have not lost them. Thankfully.

Anyway, I wish I could feel "safe and confident" whenever there is a Party update. And it is just the contrary.

For as long as I can remember on Party my withdrawal requests have been instantly approved and in my account within 48 hours. Withdrew 5 days ago and still no confirmation. Seems odd, anyone else have this problem?

They said 2-3 days. This was 2 days ago so they still have time to come good on that. I suppose I can take heart from the fact that they didn't say there was a problem when I contacted them but I do find it strange to still be waiting for confirmation 5 days and counting....

Dear Party how about allowing players to use the previous software? I mean lets be honest your IT team are the smartest guys in the room so why just let us play semi-bug free and use the old software (WPT still use it so it shouldn't be a problem).

Do you really think that forcing your players to beta test your software for so many months is far??

Still getting the message "You may register for this tournament after you complete the registration process for the other tournament".

Usually happens after attempting to register for more than 18 tournaments at a time. Bug persists until client is restarted.

Update: Bug also occurs if you attempt to register for a tournament that is already full (because of lobby lag).

First time playing a couple of MTTs on Party in about two months. What a terrible decision. First tournament seemed ok for ten minutes, then fired up a second. Pretty soon the lag began and got worse. Was timing out virtually every hand, sometimes I didn't even get to see my cards and timed out. Worked out that I could make action by mashing the mouse button on the screen where the action buttons I wanted would be about 10 seconds before they appeared. All this time ipoker and Stars running fine. Truly awful, I'm unlikely to be back.

Ok, once again I'd like to point out how incompetent partypoker really is. There has been a bug for over 2 weeks with the bwin.be client, I mailed them 2-3 times about it. They are not able to fix it. I can't log in on the client, instead of gettign the log in screen i'm getting an error 101. 2 Weeks have passed and yet you are still not able to fix it, do you actually realize how screwed up your software really is then? You're shooting yourself in the foot everyday a little bit more, it just blows my mind.

I never track my points and today i decided to because i read ppl were having issues not getting full amount of points. well right off the bat i raked 56 dollars and only recieved 80 points. Now considering ive raked 100s of thousands on the site I am worried how often this has happened without me noticing since i dont really pay attention to the points as i thought that would be something that should never have a problem. Called party and they said they can assure me there is a team that deals with this, but i highly doubt if i didnt call that anything would be done on their end without them being notified. Any players have any thoughts on this?

So I got an email yesterday, a pretty long one telling me to uninstall the software with detailed info on how to do so..

they didn't address anything and if I choose to uninstall/reinstall, it would be about the 20th time I have done so.

Like I said , I already closed my account on Party and this is unreal so I wont be on WPT or any Bwin site.

If a program really does that for "security purposes", that's a serious privacy invasion. ESPECIALLY if you do stuff on your computer with PP open.

When I registered, I put in all my correct contact information, social security #, etc. and it said my identity can't be verified. Then yesterday, I uploaded three pieces of documents to prove my verification. I tried calling today, but was on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up. I tweeted at Party Poker and I wrote them an email.

Can I expect a response anywhere/be verified so I can deposit and play on Sunday? What else should I do at this point?
