ughhh, I play on merge through Sportsbook.ag and have been absolutely crushing low stakes pot limit hi/low... As soon as I started cashing out they suddenly dropped the maximum number of tables I could play on at any given time from 4+ to 2. Not only that a couple weeks later they dropped the option for me to even play pot limit hi low!! Has anyone else had this problem. It is so corny! I emailed them about dropping the number of accounts prior to them omitting plo hi low all together and their reply was "It is in the best interest of all the players" how corny of a line is that?

Have you heard of Sportsbook, or sites affiliated with merge doing this? I miss Full Tilt. :_(

I'd expect server downtime again for ~6 hours for people that weren't around yesterday.

There has been a lot of players with this issue of limiting tables and complete restrictions from games. I recommend reading back a few pages for some other examples. It sucks :/

Well, because frankly they don't give a **** about their customers. Bovada had maintenance tonight too, except they told their customers.

Regarding the difficulty level on Merge. To me, it all feels very similar from $4NL full ring to $200NL full ring which is the highest stakes available. I'm pretty sure I could beat $100NL full ring on Stars if I was allowed to play there. I can't comment on 6max, HU, or PLO.

Why can't i find any fullring SnG's that are turbo or super turbo?
It seems the only SnG's on Carbon are 6 player why?

Check your filters.

Try something like...

[x] Turbo (there are no full ring hypers)
[x] Full Ring
[x] VIP Points Entry (need this to show $2.20 and $22 entries because... well... merge)
[x] Other

That sucks. I have been thinking of coming back to Carbon, but as a winning player it seems pointless if they are just going to slap me down once I start winning/cashing out. Guess I'll have to keep my play on WPN and maybe try Bovada.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS I talked to customer service guy tonight about them trashing my satalite tourney ticket.
the end of june I win a sat for a 33 daily tourney .I saw on 2p2 that they would auto register you into the next tourney so went to the next tourney lobby to see if it was true. I did not see my name in the tourney so I assumed I was not registerd.Today I try to sign up for a 33 tourney with my sat. ticket only to find out I do not have a ticket . I looked at tourney history to see they must of signed me up at the last minute for that tourney.WHAT A JOKE I would love to talk to the moron that came up with this stupid idea.The customer service rep just said sorry and disconnected me without a chance to respond .wow after playing on this site for years and they treat you like this .bye bye carbon hello bovada I hope they dont treat customers like garbage

Does anyone from Carbon read this forum and take suggestions/is there a good place to get in contact with a Carbon rep to give suggestions?

I want to suggest that Carbon begin running $22 PLO/8 sngs. The 11s fill well at peak times and I feel like there would be a decent volume for $22s as well.

I refuse to play on WPN .. but that million dollar tourney in Dec. looks enticing.. hope Merge matches that or beats that with a 2mil tourney

There was some sng/mtt reg posting in here a few months ago that asked for feedback because he knew someone working for merge/carbon and soon after he got us a few more decent mtts. Would be nice if carbon appointed a few players or regs that they could discuss some changes for the better of the site with regularly. Obviously understand that is quite the long shot.
