You've just described most casino floors and racetrack windows for the last 100 years and guess what?, they've always got plenty of action. Gamblers have been playing games for centuries where they know they're the underdog and they don't care. For many of them, poker is just one game amongst many they like to play. Another thing to keep in mind is some of these "fish" have a lot more money than the "shark", and always will.

I just un-licked "hide HU tables" for the first time in years and the lobby turns into a complete joke.

I can't think of one reason why allowing literally 2 dozen tables of each limit to have one person just sitting there waiting for a mark.

Do they even get action, I mean if your half way down the list I can't imagine there is any chance in the world someone sits down with you. They should only allow 4 tables of each limit where there is someone just siting there by themselves. If I was a rec player that would look really strange and uninviting, like they are just waiting to slaughter you.

I mean, fish have common sense too. If there are 24 people at 400NL not playing each other, but waiting for someone, then something is obviously up

Also, almost all of them will sit you out after just a few hands if you show any sort of competence.

Hey Bovada thanks for the free $10. I'm sorry I haven't played on your site in a while but it's hard when netspend has so many fees and bitcoin doesn't. Time to run it up!

Alrighty boys, I think I've figured out the system

In my previous posts a couple weeks ago I deposited $400 and ran it up to $4,000 in about 7-10 days at 50/100NL cash, I ran like god the whole week...couldn't miss or lose a pot...than suddenly for 2 days I was ice cold and couldn't win a pot, hit every cooler imaginable...decided to cash out $3k

A week passes and I re-deposit $500...boom I'm up $400 at 50NL in like 3 hours..back to running like god...can't miss hitting every runner runner

I think I broke the system boys leggo time to make millions

**Disclaimer, there is no factual evidence to back my claims, possibly donk/fish on random heaters/upswings**

I have a question to PM to the Bovada site rep. What is the username to send this question?

I hope Bovada has a site rep on 2p2.

Anyone know how to update the tourney payouts in the lobby? I've tried closing the lobby, hitting the little account balance refresh button, nothing works. Thanks.

That's not the way live cash tables are seated where I play.

Just keep the tourney lobby thing open in the background and it'll refresh itself after a little while

Just died for me.

I was in the middle of an SNG. What's the rule on that?

I rebooted, and looks like they already refunded me.

Damn, that sucks. I am having an issue with the site and wanted to talk to someone who was connected.

Maybe someone else can help me.

Essentially, Bovada has accused me of colluding in sit n go tournaments. Regarding the colluding accusation: I was not colluding, nor have I ever colluded. All I can think of is the fact that I play many tables (6-10) and primarily focus on mtt's while I play. Thus, I'll make unconventional plays or time out on big hands in sng's at times.

Bovada refused to provide any evidence to me of the accusations and said the only way I could see the evidence is if I filed a complaint with the gaming commission. They also told me that they have people who watch the tables and that's how they found out. They also told me that they know for a fact I know the person personally and that they have people out there who watch these things. Honestly, it all sounded very sketchy, vague, and intrusive to me.

The sng's I play range from $4 to $16 buy-ins. I mostly play mtt's, which is where the majority of my bankroll came from. My bankroll right now is roughly $2,500, and I will be extremely upset if they make me forfeit the entire roll to "compensate the players who were cheated," as they put it. I would say only a small percentage of that roll came from the sng games in question.

I'm waiting to hear back from them regarding the funds.

Any advice would be appreciated.

9 out of 10 times when a person comes here and says they've been accused of cheating but wasnt, they was in fact cheating. Ive played thousands upon thousands of sngs on bovada and never had this issue, dont you think thats pretty funny.

I've also played thousands upon thousands of sngs. Been a bodog/bovada customer since 2007, and I've never had this problem.

Which is another reason why I'm frustrated and wanting to talk with someone more connected on the site.

9 times out of 10, that post is by an account that just created yesterday and is making their very first post, not someone that's made dozens of posts over 4 years.

tarheels2222: You didn't really address whether or not you do actually know anyone that's been playing the same tables as you. Do you?

If you didn't collude, how would you know what SNG games are the ones in question?

I only play once or twice a week. Since I got the notification yesterday, I assumed it came from one the sessions I've played in the last few weeks. And I haven't won a lot in those sessions.

If you have played thousands of sngs how would you know that the $2,500 did not come from the questioned sngs. Did they specifically tell what sngs they were looking at. Good luck with that complaint. Seems you are out of some ill gotten funds.

Not sure if u guys call bovada at all. I have had many conversations with them. Try this. Ask 3 question, same questions, to 5 different people there. I guarantee you get all differen answers. Asks them where bovada head quarters are. U will get different answers. Ask them why they went anonymous. Pokerstars lists an address in Isle of Man. Boavada list anything? I am still lost as to why they need to verify some people's info and not others. I am still Lost as to what they verify? .They want me id, I told them my address and birthday don't match they say no problem we just need to know that you are you??! Huh?? Well my address is wrong my date of birth is wrong....how can I be me then??? Don't worry they said just send in the id. Now I am even more scared.
