Well my address is wrong my date of birth is wrong....how can I be me then??? Don't worry they said just send in the id. Now I am even more scared.
wow.

ive dealt with many incompetent CS reps from a few different sites whom all will tell you something different to the same question and then turn around and try and blame you (quite often) for any problems. party is very big on that.

the id verification thing- well im speechless.

Yeah ty tell me everyone has to do it, yet it's not true lots of people said the had not to verify themselves with an id. But when u ask them once again mnay differnet answers/ I asked them specifically what do u verify and they tell me they can't answer that. Scary

So are you trying to play again? Or are you still talking about something that happened 3 years ago?

Not is is recent. I was trying to deposit but when I dd they said thy needed my id. I wasn't sure if I wanted to play but when they asked for id I said for get it. This was back in December or January. I bet sports so I was looking to have another option for betting. And I would have played some poker I am sure. Now I just don't know what I am gonna do.

Yeah the site says that you have to verify to withdraw. I had to do the same thing on party years ago when I cashed out a 3k check . I don't know why bovada wants a copy of a credit card though. Id should b enough. This is why I wanted to know how reputable bovada is.

There is just about no way to verify how reputable they are. All secret. Just gotta blindly trust them or not i guess. Thy crazy thing is I have made 3 deposits and 3 withdrawals on bodog/bovada and they never asked for anything. Now all if a sudden they want it? Their reason was due to the fact that I hadn't deposited on the last 6 months. Well as a winning player why would I be depositing every 6 months?

Doesn't every site ask for an ID to cash out? This isn't exactly new news here.

Is anyone else not able to log in? The site comes up and when I try to sign in it just hangs. I tried restarting and even reinstalled the software. I saw that there was an issue earlier, but I thought people were able to get back in

Yeah, every site I've ever played on has asked for ID (some wanted a utility bill too, which bovada doesn't ask for). I blacked out my Driver's License # and they still accepted it, so it's not a huge deal. And you've already given them your credit card info anyway, so they just need to match up what they have on file from your deposit with the verification form you send in.

I think it's time to give jungmit a break from this thread. We get it... You don't like Bovada. Move on with your life.

I Have cashed out of pokerstars full tilt ub cake pacific poker(now 888) and bodog and bovada Multiple times on each site. I have only once been asked to send id and that was with cake poker. The weird thing is bovada is not asking for id wheni cash out they won't let me deposit with showin id. My account is currently closed. They wil not reopen it with out the id.
Also I don't deposit or withdraw via credit card. Always western union or money gram

Having been on Merge, ACR, Bovada, Pokerstars, Party poker, and FTP in the past few years, every one of those sites required ID. Everleaf might not have required it, I can't remember. Either way, it's completely standard, and if you're that worried about it, it's a good thing that they're asking you.

I guess. It's just I have not really been asked by any other site. And whe I send personal info I want to make sure it's to a legit company that makes 100% sure that my info is safe and will not fall Into the Wrong hands. Just very caution who I send personal stuff too.

I sent Bovada a copy of my id front and back and a penciled copy of the credit card like they asked for about a year ago and haven't had any problems since.

It's funny that you miss the irony of jumping on people for popping up everywhere and going on and on about stuff.

I don't jump on anyone. Just wondering where they are.

No idea why you'd wonder about the whereabouts of two people that have never posted in this thread, likely because they don't have a lot of interest in Bovada.

If you want to talk with them, send them a PM.

I had to send them pictures of my ID too. I think it's fine, they are definitely a legit company, and in this thread 2+2 users prove it by talking about their payout success. I wouldn't worry about it

You have NEVER been able to play 6-10 tables at the same time on Bodog/Bovada ever. Doesn't matter if it's a mix of sngs or mtts or cash or whatever. The max is 4 open tables at the same time. So I'm inclined to believe you are not telling the truth about anything.

You can play as many mtts as you want. Swing and a miss!

Yes of course you can register for more than 4 mtts at the same time but if you are playing 4 mtts and the 5th one starts it will make you close one. It's happened to me before. I'm almost positive nothing has changed.

This is incorrect. MTTs don't count towards the 4-table limit.
