Maybe someone else can help me.
Essentially, Bovada has accused me of colluding in sit n go tournaments. Regarding the colluding accusation: I was not colluding, nor have I ever colluded. All I can think of is the fact that I play many tables (6-10) and primarily focus on mtt's while I play. Thus, I'll make unconventional plays or time out on big hands in sng's at times.
Bovada refused to provide any evidence to me of the accusations and said the only way I could see the evidence is if I filed a complaint with the gaming commission. They also told me that they have people who watch the tables and that's how they found out. They also told me that they know for a fact I know the person personally and that they have people out there who watch these things. Honestly, it all sounded very sketchy, vague, and intrusive to me.
The sng's I play range from $4 to $16 buy-ins. I mostly play mtt's, which is where the majority of my bankroll came from. My bankroll right now is roughly $2,500, and I will be extremely upset if they make me forfeit the entire roll to "compensate the players who were cheated," as they put it. I would say only a small percentage of that roll came from the sng games in question.
I'm waiting to hear back from them regarding the funds.
Any advice would be appreciated.
