Bovada payout used to be fast, now it's a mess. Bit disappointing since they've been good for so long.

I received a check in like two weeks recently. They're still good. It's vff that is not reliable.

9/25. Don't know what I was thinking! I requested the ARN so my bank could track the payment. But its been a week and I still haven't been given the number. And I can't get a straight answer from them as to if it was sent or not.

My last check arrived 3 days after it was approved; the one before that took exactly 7 days. Can't really get much better than that.

Checks and Wires seem to be moving at a normal rate although i have been noticing that more checks are coming from the east which takes longer but easier to deposit since you can do it with atm. VFF seems to be the one thats having troubles the last month. I believe all of this is processor issue.

VFF is just taking too long. Such a shame, I was spoiled by old VFFs that cleared in 5 days.

I received the Visa actorcard in the mail today and activated online. Looking at the fees ATM withdrawal is $3 + 3%?? That's more than the regular fee for doing VFF or check for 2500. It also says max ATM withdrawl is $600 and max balance is $2500. This doesn't seem very useful.

Got my check today from my October 5 request. Doesn't get better than that. Good job Bovada

Has anyone ever had any issues with their funds once receiving a VFF? Like a check can bounce... have the VFF funds every been reversed or once its in there it is good to go?

I need to request a check but I just moved, how do I change my address on bovada?

Yeah I've been real unlucky with payouts. When I requested a check it took over 15 business days. Now VFF is getting to 15 business days.

Surprised to hear they're slow. My last two checks (one in August and one in July) both came in less than a week from requesting

Deposited a 3,000.12 check last Friday, funds available next day. Today there is a 3,000.12 debit on my bank account, the description in 'INTL COLL- followed by random numbers/letters. Call my bank, CSR rep is clueless, tells me it is a "international debit." Wtf does that mean?


Any how, since the debit amount is for the exact of the recent Bovada deposit (down to the 12 cents) I figure it is best for me to contact Bovada first before digging any deeper with my bank and potentially raising any red flags or filling fraud when Bovada might have just done something stupid.


Call Bovada, CSR is just about as clueless. Explain the situation to the rep for the third time and specify that it probably isn't a coincidence that the debit is for the exact amount of the recent check. The rep finally figures that the check might have gone to collections.


Call my bank back, explain the situation (make no mention of Bovada ldo), ask if check went to collections. Rep does some digging and yes, check went to collections. I was expecting the rep was going to tell me to wait x days for it to clear collections and then the money would be back in my account. Instead, rep gives me a number to call collections (they are currently closed) and basically has no other helpful info.


Any one have experience with checks going to collections? How does this process work? Who has my money right now? The 3,000.12 are not pending in my account. They have been debited out of my account to INTL COLL. The rep wasn't 'trained' for this situation and wans't of much help. Hopefully this doesn't turn into a big headache.
