When i search VFF all kinds of stuff pop up that say how easy it is to send money for whatever $ to VFF enabled cards, as in, it's a way to send $ service, seemingly similar to wiring $ only supposed to be easier and cheaper, and it's advertised as a faster easier way to send $ abroad. and that people could/are receiving payments to VFF enabled cards all around the world for any # of reasons- business to consumer, consumer to consumer, business to consumer, consumer to business.. so I would think that a major bank ought to know this and not be looking at it as a refund for a purchase but maybe it's more of a rest of the world thing and usa banks don't know what it is and are thinking it's something else. Or maybe it's the other answer and that the vff sender is doing something weird ( I think some person posted earlier that one of their vffs said something about a refund or reward on it? which is def weird)
Yeah, it seems very strange to me. Like I said I just withdrew with VFF a month ago and it went through no problem. On my bank description for the last one the word "refund" was in there for the last withdrawal. This current cash out is in my posted transactions but the funds are not available and it has the word "reward" in the description for some reason. Seems odd to me.. I am still waiting for another response from Bovada's withdrawal department and this is becoming very frustrating.
