That only happened to me once so far, but in that situation my check had bounced, and it took bovada a very long time to fix it.

When you call the bank, they'll explain the situation, and you'll get a check in the mail in a week or so, then you take photos of the check and send that to bovada, then hopefully they'll right the problem pretty quick, but sometimes it takes a while.

Any how, since the debit amount is for the exact of the recent Bovada deposit (down to the 12 cents) I figure it is best for me to contact Bovada first before digging any deeper with my bank and potentially raising any red flags or filling fraud when Bovada might have just done something stupid.

Call Bovada, CSR is just about as clueless. Explain the situation to the rep for the third time and specify that it probably isn't a coincidence that the debit is for the exact amount of the recent check. The rep finally figures that the check might have gone to collections.

Call my bank back, explain the situation (make no mention of Bovada ldo), ask if check went to collections. Rep does some digging and yes, check went to collections. I was expecting the rep was going to tell me to wait x days for it to clear collections and then the money would be back in my account. Instead, rep gives me a number to call collections (they are currently closed) and basically has no other helpful info.

Any one have experience with checks going to collections? How does this process work? Who has my money right now? The 3,000.12 are not pending in my account. They have been debited out of my account to INTL COLL. The rep wasn't 'trained' for this situation and wans't of much help. Hopefully this doesn't turn into a big headache.
Most banks put holds on international checks until cleared by the department that handles that stuff. Whatever teller made your funds available when you deposited probably ****ed up.usually takes a couple weeks to clear I wouldn't freak out.

About a year ago this happen to me on MERGE. It ultimately made me take a long break from poker until I found out about VFF with Bovada and there fast transactions. Which seems to be coming to an end. Well it took 6 weeks for it to clear collections and they made me come down and pay almost 100 dollars out of my own pocket to pay the people at collections to check it. It was terrible. To this day I never cashout via check.

I requested a few checks back then also. It didn't take longer then 7 days for me to receive a check. I did a couple of VFF'S and they were taking 7 days as well, up until last month. It seems both VFF and checks are taking longer at the moment.

Method: Check
Req: 10/8
App" 10/9

Will confirm when received.

Hi, I just recently started playing bovada again and today I went to request a withdraw. It didn't give me a check option, instead it gave me the option to withdraw back to my debit card. My question is has anyone used that option and if so did you have any problems? Thanks again in advance.

ITT I'm reading that Bovada allows only one withdrawl via RT (Money Gram) per month. Does this mean once per 30 days? Or just once per calendar month?

99 percent sure it's one a calendar month. So 12 a year. Starts over on the first of the month not 30 days from when you withdrawal.

9/26 VFFs are no good. Today is the 15th business day and still not in my bank.

Called two times this week, Monday and Wednesday, and both times CS said it should be in my account any day.

Do they get paid to lie? This is pissing me off.

Same VFF from 9/26 not received. Got error email 10/07. They told me yesterday (Thursday )that it was still 5 business days from tech error email since Monday was a Canadian holiday. Lol! I Never see the money everyday I'm checking my account. I am growing sceptacle about this outfit and highly doubt now I will see money on 7th business day which will be 10/19. I guess 10/19 is the drop dead date for 9/26 vff.. We shall see.. Straw about the break the camels back

everyone needs to relax.... there is obviously an issue with VFF, and they have admitted it....

if they planned on screwing players, why would they continue to process checks and wires to players, if they were going to welch, they would screw everyone, not just those choosing VFF

everyone needs to relax a bit, yes it sucks that your money is not in your account yet, but we all know the risks of playing online in the USA and we know that delays will happen from time to time. its the cost/risk of playing in the USA....

Requested Rapid Transfer 10/14 (Last month, September, I made a withdraw via Rapid Transfer in under 72 hours to CIH)

Got e-mail 10/16 (today) that withdraw was approved.
Immediately got an additional e-mail saying that since I did not deposit using Rapid Transfer, my payout was done via Check by Courier without my approval. Just an FYI. $700 is the amount in case that matters.

totally true. and i know vff is a rare case. just saw posts of others getting wires already and wondering why my cashouts are doomswitched. i'm patient enough to be happy if payouts come in a month or 6 weeks tbh. just some finite answers would help.

I think people getting agitated at this point is reasonable. They keep saying 4-7 business days but it's past the 7 business day point for many people.
It's concerning they're unable to provide an accurate time frame for VFFs.
