Who knows. I do know that its hard for sites to process cash-outs to Americans. Every site that tries to struggles at times. It wasn't long ago that checks on Bovada were taking about a month. That was more inline with other US facing sites at the time. The last year or so with super fast cash-outs might have been the anomaly. They also have seen their player base grow a lot through word of mouth on poker forums like this one and the ineptitude of some of their competitors. Having to find ways to cleverly process double the withdraws or whatever the number is of what they were doing awhile ago might be having an effect. Perhaps its just a bump in the road. Perhaps this is the new norm. Some people immediately panic and claim that they are having money issues. The truth is, who knows, only insiders at Bovada would be able to definitively give you the particulars of what is exactly happening at any given time regarding changes in withdraw times.
Btw, a little while back we were discussing RT withdraws and the free monthly withdraw. I can confirm, at least confirm that Bovada CS has told me, that RT no longer is eligible to use as your free monthly withdraw. You get hit for $50 every time with a $400 1 per month cap, which makes it a pretty ****ty option obviously.
