Hi xxxx,

Thanks for your reply.

Your withdrawal is on its 8th business day and it usually takes approximately 4-7 business days before you receive your funds; however, this is just an approximation and it may take a bit longer than that.

We can assure you that your funds are safe and we’ll let you know immediately if there’ll be any issues.

We’re available to help 24/7 if you need anything else.

Thanks,

I never like seeing this comment by any poker room after the Lock fiasco. Why wouldn't my funds be safe? Is there something going on that I should be aware of?

You just answered your own question. Lock left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. Your funds are safe. If VFF is reportedly taking longer for Bovada due to whatever reason, I can say that checks are being received by people I know at proper speed.

There's a big difference.... lock wasn't paying anyone. PERIOD.

These guys are having issues with a method that up until now was perfect. No issues no fuss, one hiccup and now the sky is falling. Just relax.

Like I said, if they really weren't going to pay, they wouldn't pay anyone, like lock did, not pick and choose methods that they are holding up.

I called this morning and they said should be early next week. A little while ago someone called me and said they were handling my payout and it was processed AGAIN yesterday. Because the one on 10-6 had an error.

supposed to get money sent back to my card and was approved on 10/2. have called them 3 times now and each time they just say wait a few more days. i finally was able to talk with a manger a few minutes ago and he says they had some technical issues the last week of September and are running behind. he wouldn't tell me what the issue was or give me a new time frame. all he would say is my money is safe.

very frustrating as this is my main source of income where i should be getting 2 max withdrawals in a month but now i get 1 while bills stack up and i get to try and move money around on other sites because bovada dropped the ball. and at what point do i start telling my friends and referrals that the site i told them to play on is screwing me. But it's ok because they're sorry for the inconvenience.

I requested a VFF withdrawal on 9/12 which was approved the next day. I received a confirmation email about a week after but the funds took some time to go onto my debit card. When they did they were frozen by my bank, despite getting documents from Bovada to verify the transaction, they had to be reversed to the processor so I could receive a check or some other method of withdrawal. That took about a week or two and then I was told the would be able to be credited back to my Bovada account and I could request a check. For this Bovada requested a copy of my bank statement to prove the transaction was reversed. I provided them this the same day and was told it would take 24-48 hours before it was verified. That was on 10/8 and it has now been over a week and I still have not received it back to my Bovada account. Every time I contact Bovada they tell me they still have not heard back from their withdrawals team... Getting very frustrating.

Short version:
-Requested VFF 9/12
-Received VFF about ~9/22 but was frozen by bank and had to be reversed and put back on my bovada account
-Sent bank statement to prove VFF reversed but still waiting for funds to even go back to Bovada account over a month later.

Doesn't count until they receive the payout, and the data above is for September. Working on October now.

EDIT: The stats are date of request to date of receiving CIH. From here and P5's, for those unaware.

timeline for VFF

9/26 - approved
10/07 - email saying there was a technical error but rest assured the payment is being processed. i called rep this day to ask timeframe and he said it would be expedited but to expect it in the usual 7 business days.
10/16 - 7th business day so i just called. woman told me if i don't get the VFF tomorrow to submit bank statements showing i never got it because i should have gotten it by now.

interesting. will report on tomorrow whether i receive or not. if not i'll update what the staff told me about my bank statement.

No need to send in your bank statement. They are getting plenty of calls from 9/26 people. I just called and CS never mentioned about sending in my bank statement. Sounds like she was getting a lot of calls from people about this issue. She kept telling me the same bullsht. "Oh it was sent to your bank account already." That's a lie because same thing was said on Monday and if the funds were really sent to my bank, it shouldn't take no more than 2 business days to get to my account.

i'm confused by your tone. why no need to send in statement?

if theyre telling us both they should have shown up already i'll gladly send them a statement to prove that it definitely has not shown up.

How is sending in your statement going to help the cause? They already know you didn't get the funds. If you were the only one calling in about the issue then yes, you should send in your statement but trust me they are getting plenty of calls from people like us. I asked her if I was the only one having this issue and she said no.

So it's up to you to send it in. Maybe by showing that you didn't get your funds, they will expedite your payout.

I have processed wires from august/sept that are still not received. I have many buddies who don't post on 2p2 that have wires and bank transfers either pending since the beginning of September or processed and funds are not in.
The only fast methods are checks/vff

When i email/call the network they have nothing more to add than "we'll call you back" or "send us documents from the bank" which i have sent .

There is definitely something bad going on in bodog canada, so no things are not as safe as some of you are saying. My withdrawals are all 9500$ (max) and my friends have ammounts from 3000-9500. I know only 2 person that are getting their transfers in. One constantly gets max wires and the other constantly gets max direct debit bank transfers(3k). Rest of us are left in the dust.
