ignore troll advice like this one, in fact I think mods should just ban trolls who just registered and have few posts.. they have no money at stake, they are losing players, they should not be allowed to give advice now to professional winning players who have significant money at stake.

you can't redeposit easily to pokerstars or any other site whether or not the legal side becomes more positive, imagine how hard it will be for americans to deposit in the future given what's going on now.

and if everyone just panic-withdraw huge amounts the company will go down within days just like any bank would and nobody gets anything since most requests now are already taking a long time to either be declined or still processing.

In the first election Obama had the younger generation on his side. If this internet poker witch hunt continues I don't think he will get much support the second time around, IMO.

Then you're good to go, and I am in US. I was able to download, and then login, I can see my cashier and everything. Thank you for telling me though, much appreciated; hopefully if you didn't know this I helped you out.

peace~
Thanks for the try but no, it's not working. I mean you can see your stuff but you can't play.

Cash game tables have been cut in half...wow.

Anyone knows voodoo magic and is down to try to get those DOJ officials aids?

As has been pointed out already the fact that Tom is listed as an owner does mean he is still an owner. Charges stem back to 2006.

And if you're from US you have no choice but to wait anyway, since you aren't going to be able to get a check in the mail from PS/FTP now. I would also refrain from transferring to other players and cash out that way because it gives the site, government, etc etc more reasons to put more suspicion on you for transferring and might get your friend in trouble.

If you're not from US it would be foolish to cash out all of it and get a terrible exchange rate seeing the USD is so weak, while risking the payment processor that you use to cash out going down in the coming days through further US DOJ indictments/lawsuits. I would in that case maybe attempt to cash out a little to see if it works, leave majority in the account and check the net for updates, IGNORE THE NOISE FROM NVGTARDS, and intelligently and patiently make a decision as more developments come to hand.
Am from the US. Have requested partial cashout. When is the last known/reported receipt of a cashout? Was it by check, wire, card, etc?

This really sucks for US affiliates. It seems tilt is using www.fulltilpoker.co.uk as the main site and stars is using www.pokerstars.eu but the cashier is not available for usa players, i wonder if the visitors are being recorded...

Is support@fulltiltpoker.com or co.uk working now, anyone tried?

You really are a dope. Republicans made this law. Democrats are the only ones who have tried to have it repealed. The justice dept is enforcing a Republican passed law,

True, however, the influence of players on their friends and relatives might have an impact. My son plays high stakes and if he loses a big chunk of money you can be sure Obama will be off my A-list of candidates.

It can be downloaded from fulltiltpoker.co.uk

I downloaded it this morning and its working fine..As I am not from the US I cannot say if it will work for US players.

So help me God if another person in this thread bashes Obama for what's going on right now I will go insane.

UIGEA was signed into law in 2006.

Barack Obama was sworn in in 2008.

Honestly if you're going to bash people, at least bash the right people.. i.e. the conservatives and the DOJ.

If you're from US absolutely do NOT attempt to cash out in any way other than by check. Dont use payment processors because they are faceless and the very people indicted are owners of payment processors and those who do business with them(eg. Pokerstars founder). A faceless guy who is indicted now or in the future isn't going to pay you back the way Pokerstars will if they ride this out. Dont use Visa/Mastercard or US bank because you are creating a paper trail of you breaking the law with large organizations that have already long decided to comply with US DOJ even before this situation. Plenty of people even in the preceding months have had their Bank of America and Chase etc etc accounts closed just for transacting with online poker sites, and now that or a lot worse can happen.

If you're a US citizen I would request check and nothing else... and if that's declined just sit back, stay informed, and wait to make the correct decision.

Who is "jason" on this quadjacks right now
04-16-2011 , 12:51 PM
Still can play on FT ATM in NJ. I haven't closed the GUI in 2 days. Not sure if it's best to close it out b/c I can't access anything other than the main cashier screen. FT Store, withdrawal, bonus accounts etc... all bring the same error message that it can't connect.

Um, dude.... the DOJ is under Obama's command. He's told them in the past not to enforce certain laws, he could have (and did not) do the same here.

also from toronto but FT is working fine. i can also access the withdrawal screen instantly (without the loading delay)

can't access the update though, maybe its cause of the domain shutdown. i got the latest update a few hours after i found out about this thread yesterday
