Playing a $200 SNG Satallite the day the WSOP started this year. Of course first day they are doing everything by the book and are checking everyone's ID. Well Doug Lee comes to the table and the dealer asks for his ID, to which his reply is "You need to see my ID?, You don't know who I am?" said with a mix of astonishment and anger. A floor person is observing the situation and comes over and tells the dealer that he's OK and Doug Lee never shows his ID.

Then there was a last longer bet of $50 going and the table asks Doug if he'd like to join in. He says yes and they kind of look at him to get his money. After 5 seconds he says he's superstitous and will only take out money after he busts to which 5 of them agree but 1 lady objects. He argues for a little more but after its clear that she's not budging, he gives up and does not participate in the last-longer. For sure he would have just walked out if he'd busted and not paid.

Rio 100/200 game a few weeks ago. I open J 8 in the CO, Doug Lee defends the BB.

Flop: AA4

Doug checks, I bet, Doug raises, I call. At this point it will take an act of God for me to fold, because this little gambooooler clearly has nothing.

Turn: K

Doug bets, I call.

River: T (I hate that card, but I ain't folding.)

Doug checks. Now I REALLY hate that card, as I figure this idiot just made a pair. I check.

He sits there and does the little tapping of the felt as he holds his cards in an effort to say "you win." I sit there waiting for him to open his hand. A few more awkward seconds pass and he flashes what was clearly a face card at me as he mucks . I want to say it was the J, but cannot be sure. Once the hand is in the muck and the dealer starts pushing me the pot, I figure "what the hell" and show my hand. Don't try that **** with me, you little gamboooooler Doug Lee.
