Is there any poker tracking software that works on BOL? I checked both of HEM and PT’s sites and I don’t believe that they do.

With that I assume no HUDs either right?

Does everyone play naked/blind On BOL without any tracking software or HUDs (lack of a better word)?

This has been reported and I was told it should be changed on the next update, though I can not promise this as I do not know the technical ease of fixing the issue.

Thank you for the response - I will definitely check this out later on today. Is this the only sort of HUD or tracking software available to use on BOL though?

I’m pretty sure that HEM and PT do not work for BOL, are there any others that do or is this BOL “HUD type software” essentially the only one that does?

Hello i am new to BOL i try to use Hotkey option but it doesnt work for me.
I want ot use buttons "a" for fold; "s" for call; "d" for raise and it wont let me. It works only for "ctrl+letf arrow" why is that? I realize I should use "ctrl" + X and tried
-ctrl+a
-ctrl+s
-ctrl+d
And now only "ctrl+s" and "ctrl+d" worked "ctrl+a" doesnt work. Its overcomplicateted. Is there a simple way to work with it? Like the easiest way...

Welcome to the club my friend, nothing with Chico/BOL is every easy. You'll get a half a dozen vague responses to your problem and nothing will ever be acted on, GLGL.

I brought to their attention the button skipping people when a new player joined in between the blinds. Mike told me it would be fixed on the new update which would take a few weeks. It did get fixed, so I know for a fact they do listen to some things

I don’t know of any restrictions for hotkey programs on Chico. I’ve used it for quite a while without issues.

not sure if this "issue" has a resolution already but when i am playing multiple tables and have the setting for "activating window on my turn", the active window pops up even though i haven't finished my action on the current table.

ACR has it where the latest active window only pops up after you have finished action on your current table.

Is there anyway to get this feature?

I'm new to BOL, but have played quite a few sites years ago. I've never run into an issue with connectivity and what seems to be variable amounts of time to make a decision.

Tonight I had several instances where as soon as my screen showed it was my turn to act I was folded and sat out. It acted like I had taken too much time to decide, but literally the screen showed it was just my turn to act less than a second before folding. Almost like there was some kind of a connectivity issue or the server had moved to my turn but my end (my computer) did not register this until 10-15 seconds later.

I was playing on a different site at the same time, and no issues with time to act, time banks activating unexpectedly etc. So its hard for me to pin this on my internet connection.

Has anyone else experienced this in the past with BOL? Any suggestions on how to resolve it? Can it be due to a firewall issue or some type of software interaction that anyone knows of?

i realized that the mobile site has this feature so you don't have to scroll between the tables manually.
Still wondering if this can be done through the desktop/laptop app

downloaded again today to add some tournament. Site crashed 6 times, usually when I'd go to load a tournament lobby, including at a final table. Any ideas on whats going on?

+2 for stacks in big blinds. Would also look a few more options for table settings - specifically having the card backs in a brighter color like hot pink / yellow / light blue. All of the card backgrounds are dark colors which makes it harder to see with a dark background. Would also like to be able to individually change table felt color so we could see different felt colors for different games (helpful for keeping track of which stakes are which tables and stages of tournaments).

Has anybody got locked out of the poker software after messing in the lobby? I mistakenly tried to register a tournament I was already in and the software froze on me and I was unable to get back in for 45 minutes. This is the second night in a row. Once I launch the software after this happens , it allows me to re-login then I can see the lobby and must lose connection somehow reading ( cannot connect ) in the top left corner. I am using widows 10, chrome browser and running as administrator if any of that matters. I also uninstall re-install the software and that does not get me back in. Does downloading the poker software from internet explorer make a difference? What am I doing wrong here? Could it be some sort of pop up blocker issue? Thanks.

I like the new 12, 24 and 36 player hypers but why not offer them for buy-ins bigger than $3.50?

And why not have SNG satellites for big MTTS ie Sunday ME, new/featured MTTs, High rollers? You can then promote getting into the ME for $5 or w/e. The MTT sattys are nice but why not add some for SNGs?

I'd really like to be able to change single table colors like you can on ACR and Pokerstars. Also, stacks displaying in BBs.

And might as well again -

Some sort of rakeback, VIP or points program.

Wold be nice if we can joint waiting list to the table from lobby.
