I am told this 403 error is affecting only certain players. It is being looked at by the IT Team as it appears to be related to a connectivity issue from certain regions to the poker platform.

I'm not sure if this has been brought up before, but is there any way to fix the issue (at least on my end) where the sound disappears when you change your audio source? It works going from computer speakers to bluetooth headphones, but if the bluetooth headphones disconnect before switching the audio source on my computer, I have to restart BOL for the sound to start working again. Same thing happens if, in a dual monitor setup, I disconnect the monitor the sound is coming from.

Chris can you ask the security team about potentially allowing screenshots/ twitch streaming of the client again. I don't really see how this does anything to prevent ghost stables. They can just use the browser to play or even ****ing FaceTime a recording of their computer screen. It seems like it is really just making the site have less exposure. I personally found BOL originally through a twitch stream and now it is my main site. I think you're likely missing out on a lot of business through this lack of exposure alone. For me personally I like to screenshot interesting hands to review/ send to friends. It is a bummer to have to find ways to work around this limitation.

Since the change I've sent a few comments that were raised in our community here and I don't believe they intend to change this any time soon. One of the comments I submitted was around allowing a share option for previous hands, I can see live hands being a problem, but with past hands this could help some players that do exactly what you are trying here.

That option is being reviewed and will keep you guys posted if i see any updates.

The software doesn't perform as expected when inserting bets out of the blinds. All other positions work as expected for me.

In the past before I let the software convert the chips to BB by default if I'd click my say 2.25x button in the SB it would set the amount to 2.75x. Basically the button keys didn't insert the correct size as shown on the button but rather that size plus a half bb. This wasn't a huge issue but rather annoying.

Now what happens though is very annoying. Now the software shows the correct size whether in chips or in bb's but when I actually submit a bet it adds another 1bb to my bet size. So i have to constantly remember to downsize my bets out of the blinds if I'm 3betting or iso'ing the sb because whatever bet I eventually submit an extra bb gets added to that amount and put into the pot.

Anybody have this problem?

Again it's only ever been an issue from the SB or BB. All other positions sizes work correctly for me.

I haven't played here very much recently, so I can't speak to the current state of things, but that issue has been brought up by myself and others in the past. They even created a page on their website stating that they've identified the issue, but there was never any updates. That page was created over 6 months ago.

As MCAChiTown pointed out its been a known issue for quite some time. The latest I have from the software team is that they haven't been able to apply a fix for it. I've sent you a private message with a few steps that would be very valuable in building a case to increase the priority on this issue. What happened to the "Single Window Mode" in the video section of the game settings? I want to use it but it won't let me select. It was a nice feature to play fullscreen.

I've been informed there's a scheduled maintenance for tomorrow Thursday, March 17th starting at 5:00am ET until 7:00am ET. Please note that some of the tournaments in the schedule that usually overlap with this 2 hour downtime will be suspended.

This downtime will not affect the nightly $25,000 GTD tonight.

Here's a brief description of the items being released:

Cash Games
Run it 2/3 times: Now players can save their preferences for the Run it 2/3 times features. The option to do so can be found in table settings.
Anonymous: Players identities will only be revealed once a new player has paid a blind to join the hand. (before a player could buy-in and view the players on the table without playing a hand).
Button blind games: Now when joining the game, players pay the BB only in the dealer position.

Tournaments
Multi-Entry tournaments: Now in knockout tournaments, when entries are merged, the KO bounty is paid as if a player knocked himself out.

Casino Games
Take a look at our new awesome 243 lines slot Reef Riches and delicious slot A La Carte (FYI – These games will not be released until a week or 2 after v40)

UX/UI Improvements
Random Prize: Sounds have been enhanced when you receive a Random Prize reward
Participant lists in tournament: Players will now be sorted in descending stack size. If more than one player has the same stack size they will be sorted alphabetically by nickname.

The only reason why it was still bearable compared to other sites was that the bumhunters could sit down and leave everytime a non recreational player has joined the table and thus didn't clog the tables as bad.
Now it will be as bad as on other sites who made that change.

Hoping someone can help me here. I just upgraded my setup from a bootcamped macbook running windows 10 to a PC with an i7 12700 using integrated graphics running windows 10. On my bootcamped macbook I never had a single issue with BetOnline. Now on my new PC the client will crash every 10-40 seconds. Has anyone run into this issue? I've uninstalled and reinstalled and tried running as admin etc. Help please!

Can you restore the rematch feature in heads-up sit and goes? I don't see who benefits from removing it.

What ends up happening is players go back to the lobby and sit again, over and over. It's slow, monotonous and frustrating.

I agree. No rematch button is annoying.
