I never saw this in the original legislation, but it must be the law because I keep seeing it over and over again.
Good to know there are so many law abiding citizens out there.........

I reset my TCP/IP and rebooted and it works fine now. Either it was down for a very short time and this is a coincidence, or the problem was on my end.

Given that there appears to be a bunch of people on, I'm going with option #2.

lol, so true. I gotta say, the NJ players (regs and fish both) are a lot ruder and engage in more trash talking than I have ever seen anywhere.

I think people will lose their poker stack on the casino side, reducing the poker pool.. unfair (but convenient!)
This goes both ways fwiw. Someone can run up a big casino stack and take it to poker.

I'll bet more money is lost from poker -> casino then money won from casino -> poker.

I think all the chat tilting is a sign of how good the games are. The people who spout off in chat are the people we want in the games.

Does anyone know if the hotels have worked it out so you can play on property yet? I'll be at Ballys for a couple days this week randomly.

Why do people use the phrase "on property"? Is dropping out "the" in the middle supposed to indicate some kind of insider status? I never really understood this.

You can play from the rooms in Revel and Borgata. I've done it.

Thanks!

I feel like "on property" has been around for quite a while. I'm not sure about the timing of it tbh, it certainly feels like an accepted phrasing. Your comment reminded me of this article which I thought was pretty funny.

Does anybody know if Borgata is doing Mega Mission III for February? Haven't seen anything yet, I'm just curious since I'm going to try and grind more this month.

It's been two months since i started playing online, splitting my time between borgata and wsop. after this weekend's $250k free roll, i will be withdrawing all funds from wsop. i've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the technical problems with geolocation have not improved. i will often have both sites running, and i'll only get booted off wsop. my laptop will show fifteen wifi signals, with several of them being full strength.

to make matters worse, they don't even wait until the hand is completed before removing me from my game, which has caused me to lose money several times. perhaps if their customer support had been more helpful, i would continue playing there, but they've been terrible.

This was pretty standard on the big sites before BF. I haven't had my chat on for many years.
