All theese seatscripting bumhunters don't realise that they themselves are the ones responsible for decline of online poker due to their own short term greed, and now that Amaya does the same things they're all going nuts, how ironic. I seriously feel 0% compassion for any of the HU players who's beeing affected, it's disgusting what you've done to the HU game all by yourselves with your seatscripting and bumhunting, all that sitting out after x amount of hands if you notice that the guy you're playing has the slightest clue about what he's doing. I just hope you all understand that this is your own fault. How you're even surprised about this is ****ing beyond me.

this could be made this way: lets say there is play between 2 players. Both regs. If they cannot beat each other after the rake, then part of rake could be given back for the better reg so that he could have lets say 1 bb / 100 profit or so. So then better reg could still win at least 1 bb vs worse reg. And lot of action, less bumhunting. Also fun fight between 2 high skilled players.

come on reg can destroy another reg if there is no rake. And even the best reg in the world would not win if the rake is too high.

I can say support has gone downhill. Now been locked put of account for 36hrs as i never got a one time password sheet sent when I got a RSA token. To be able to now log on and disable RSS while I get a new one.

They were to call me to verify who.I was but claimed the number I gave was not registered to stars. They have called me on this number before to verify a xfer I did for a large sum so not sure how this is the case.

I was asked to send proof of ID with me in picture so they can call and verify who I am. Fair enough but really no response despite 5 emails in 12 hrs since I sent.

I have never known stars support to take more than a hour to at least get back to.a customer.

oh and I believe a RSA token costs 4k fpps I am sure it was 1fpp when i got it 1st time around.

if your beating the games which I assume you are then your custom is not wanted at pokerstars anymore they will eventually do anything and everything they can to get rid of your business. your taking money of recs which should belong to them thats the way they see it.

ultimately pokerstars cant just ban seize your funds/ban your account without good cause however by finding anyway to keep you from playing on there site for whatever period of time they can is good to them.

eventually they will get back to you but they will try and delay this as much as reasonably possible.

Hmmm. Too many regs don't give a damn for the average rec player and have been quite happy to turn the tables into a sterile grindfest while they milk every last penny. Only when that status quo is threatened do we get cries of outrage.

bumhunters are low-volume, high-winrate players, so they don't really care about vip program. Also, they are usually looser than avarage, since they only play vs rec player, so they want to play as many hands vs them as possible.

• But the addict will of course continue to buy the drug!

• The addict knows the only terrible alternative: Cold drug withdrawal.

It's not regs people. Its 15 tabling regs that lose to the game and only survive via rakeback. They make for an unenjoyable game bc they got the most part are super nitty and take long time to make decisions. Fish want action. In live home-games its the aggro.pros who get the invite. Not the nitty ABC grinder.

In the interest of full disclosure, I'm one of those multi-tablers you're complaining about. I act fast enough to play several tables, meaning I don't slow down the game at all. In addition, I never berate fish, so the only way I'm making the games less enjoyable for recreational players is by winning a % of their deposits.

You could make the argument that I'm nitty, I'm definitely tighter than the average player but that's part of what makes me profitable, no? I'm not sure why that's suddenly grounds for an attack. As for the "only survive via rakeback" I don't think you understand how difficult it is to beat the highest levels before rakeback, or even midstakes SNGs. Thankfully I'm in the small % of players who can do this, but I know several guys who play brilliantly and that translates into a 0% ROI because they're matched up with other solid players. A lot of people have the idea that these "Rakeback grinders" are extremely inferior poker players, but I can guarantee the guys making 0% ROI at $100s+ would crush the $30s and below. And that brings me to my next point:

If the rakeback/VIP program ceases to exist, it's going to hurt more than only the guys at the top. There's going to be a trickle-down effect. It would make no sense for the players in higher stakes to continue butting heads for such a small preRB edge, so likely a bunch of them will drop down into softer games. But now what happens to those midstakes regs? With their games increasingly difficult, they too are forced to drop down. And the cycle continues.

It has always been the case that you need to buy a new RSA token when your existing one stops working, and the price has never been 1fpp afaik.
