The TOS actually says the minimum withdraw is $100. They've been allowing as low as $5 though up until this.

This was bound to end and there's a very good reason for it. They are overwhelmed right now with support requests and cash outs. It seems they grew faster than they expected and got caught understaffed. Even if they had the staff though, all those $5 and $10 withdrawals back log the system. They have to spend time reviewing each one. There are people depositing $10, playing, cashing out their few bucks the same night, and repeating the process every time they play.

By removing all those transactions they can get their back log caught up and process withdrawals quicker again. Everyone wants fast cash outs. This is ultimately how it will happen.

You will always be able to withdraw your funds under $50 if you close your account, they aren't going to keep your money. Every single site has a minimum to withdraw, and maybe they'll be able to lower their threshold again in the future but for now I'm kind of surprised it took this long considering how their response times have slipped well below what they'd like them to be.
This guy seems like someone i wpuld hang out with. He knows the process. No bull.

We're backed up right now and spamming us with multiple emails won't help at all. If you can provide your GP username, I'd be more than to check for you.

We're still waiting for the go signal from our Finance Team regarding your dispute. As soon as they give the go signal, we'll reactivate your account.

I have a Virginia driver's license and I'm currently going to graduate school in Tennessee. Will there be an issue with my driver's license address and electric bill address not matching up when I send in documents for cash out verification?

I just processed your cash out request earlier today. If you sent us the correct documents in the first place, this would've been processed quicker. Also, this isn't a raffle. More emails won't mean more chances of us replying to you.

Global,

Does the address on your power bill need to match up with the address listed on your driver's license?

The website is currently not loading for me and I was registered for sit and goes at the time of it going down....
05-13-2017 , 03:30 AM
Your site is back up but my account balance is incorrect. I also can't find the 6man sng that I was registered for that never started when the site went down. That buy-in is also missing from my account. Along with a 2nd place finish in one of your sit and goes that was running at the time before the site went down.

edit** I have received the 2nd place finish payment but I am without the buy-in for a game I was unable to play due to the website being down. It never even showed more than just me being registered when the site crashed. I would like to receive that buy-in back.

I think my balance is correct but I'm missing a hand history from right before the crash so I'm not 100% certain

One issue needs to be addressed;

If you signed up through facebook, or otherwise, changing email/password. This is a compromise in account security.
We do not have access to player passwords. You can reset it from your end by clicking on the forgot password link or we can send you an email to click on a link to reset the password.

Nailed it! One of the reasons why the minimum amount was increased.

It doesn't have to but we follow what's in the utility bill. That's the one that has to be the same address that you registered with your GP account. Also, make sure that you take a photo of the whole document and not just the envelope and that it's within the last three months.

As I have checked, the first cash out request was unclaimed on your registered PayPal. The second one is on hold until we get confirmation that you've already sorted this out with PayPal.
