I think PartyPokers Loyalty/Vip program is in desperate need of clarification and improvement.
Clarification:
Right now, a “Palladium Lounge” level is on your website with with very vague perks for players earning 9k points per quarter, but its not mentioned anywhere within the client, my emails have been unanswered also Party_rep and @PartypokerUS on twitter have ignored my inquiries even though I suspect they read my questions. The end of this month would be the deadline to meet the 9000 point goal and I am within reach, but don't want to waste my effort if Party will not be honoring what is on their website, or if in reality, PaladiumLounge is worth little. I know some players who have earned the points and not received any notice.

Improvement:
Volume players do the math, they what a good deal looks like, and also what it looks like when a company is offering horrible deals. Your most loyal players are currently receiving less than 13% back of contributed rake, and thats assuming they convert their points as optimally as possible.
Anyone who becomes palladium is able to convert their points into tournament tickets essentially giving them 13% rakeback. This is how you get the most value per point. (far worse than the others in NJ, and laughable when compared to ROW) Ironically, the $1 tournament tickets offer the most value perpoint , the $20 tickets the second most value per point, and the $100 and $200 are offer just slightly less value per point than the previous 2.
If a palladium member wants to convert their points playing cash games, their best option is the $100 bonus which equates to 10% rakeback with the catch that you have to generate another $300 rake to unlock the bonus.
Pretty much everything else in your loyalty points store is a bad deal, but that’s kind of standard for the industry and I get it. (you could buy 10 $100 mtt tickets for less than the price of a $600 ipad)
13% rakeback would be ok, if it was for your lower level tier players (who are getting peanuts now) If you want the site to continue to be #1 in NJ, you’re going to have to offer more than 13% with occasional $100 reloads and happy hours. Your highest volume (translate: most loyal) players deserve better,
Here are some suggestions:
-Add more tiers. You shouldn't be able to reach your top VIP level simply by generating $500 in rake over 30 days.
-Add yearly tier levels, poker players need goals. Any serious cash player on your site right now will achieve the top possible goal in a matter of a couple days without effort.
-Bigger and more fair cash bonuses to work for, like you do with ROW. Personally a $1k bonus for 10k points that is released all at once after earning 2000 points with a 30 day deadline sounds reasonable and would certainly fill the tables, esp during happy hour.
-Cash bonuses that are instant (most fish like me save points for when account is busto anyway)
-VIP support for players who have reached a certain level. (They shouldn't have to deal with people who don't understand the game, and don't know what "a borgata" is)
Alternatively you could solve everything at once, make all the players happy and just copy pokerstars vip program.
With all of that being said, I think it's painfully obvious that partypokers #1 problem is still customer service/communication. If Party_rep was hired to represent how unprofessional the company is at communicating with its customers, they are doing an amazing job.
I think firing Party_rep, and restructuring customer support for partypokerNJ should be higher priorities than things like VIP program, MTT schedules ets.
I have faith that changes are coming, and while Party has disappointed me on countless occasions, I still see a ton of potential in the company and feel lucky every day I am able to play legally in NJ.
