In fact, I think that poker is just a big headache for them that they'd rather not have to deal with, if it weren't a necessary evil that they need to have around to draw people in, they'd become "Party Casino" in a heartbeat and just drop it.

I mean, how often do people need support with blackjack or roulette, that's not a stupid rules question or something that any CS rep can answer easily?

how about setting up 90 man sng turbo knockouts? used to play them on fulltilt... had a lot of traffic on them daily..

NJ poker is severely lacking in the $50-$75 freezeout options. As far as I know, ultimate is the only site who has one.

I just recently started playing on borgata and i gotta say i really don't like the software, to the point that i probably won't play on the site until its changed. The biggest problem for me is the lobby, I really hate not being able to table select and not being able to see the stats for a table. I'm also frustrated by the amount of times I get put at an empty table. I'd really like to have the option to have the lobby appear in the classic format where all the tables are listed.

My other software issue is that the cards are way too small on the table itself, when multi-tabling it's sometimes difficult to tell who is still in the hand and who has folded. The text for the players stack sizes is also a bit small in my opinion and difficult to read while multi tabling. I'd like there to be an option to make the cards appear much larger as well as the player's stack sizes.

How long does it take to receive confirmation code email for a Borgata casino withdrawal request? They told me a few hours, anyone have some accurate time frames?

I requested one this morning at 6:30am and received confirmation via email at 9:30am.

So couple things in the thread i want to echo. Waiting lists please. I can respect stopping table selection for fish but the constant opening empty tables closing repeat is down right annoying. Secondly wsop.com allows players seven star status at brick and mortor properties if they get diamond status 4 months in a row. Borg at least should follow trend. If i want a comped room i have to transfer the points to comps. Go to borgata finalize then go home to book a room fot an advanced date. Def behind the times. Also to those saying 10% rb is fair and we will never get back to old standards let me point out wsop.coms highest tier gets you 30% rb. I am a 100-200nl regular that because of the above reason might be switching soon because of above such reasons. Do what's right and please fix these draconian issues. Thank you.

You have all the way up to 25/50 6max...why not have the same for heads up?? Or at least go up to 10/20 heads up for people who want to play a bigger game. 5/10 as the highest heads up game is silly and will force heads up players to bodog and merge and other options. I'd strongly recommend adding 10/20 heads up.

I don't think WSOP gives you seven star brick and mortar if you achieve diamond 4 times in a row. I think they give you the respective level in brick and mortar if you get it 4 times in a row online. So if you get diamond 4 times in a row online you get diamond in B&M. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

No your right thx for the correction i had to reread the rewards page worded weird. How much volume would a player need at 1/2 to get seven star do you think? Also at least wsop.com has a switch over program i don't get **** from borgata for playing on their skin lol.

All the withdrawal requests by customers are initially reviewed by our internal team and the approval takes up to 3 business days. We see that your withdrawal was processed the same day as you requested it.

Yes I brought my sng and cash game action from Borgata over to WSOP because of the terrible customer service and the lack of rewards for B&M. It's a sizable amount of money given I made black label online in January. February I was frustrated with them but put enough volume in to at least get silver, hoping customer service would improve and some communication would be made. After I won a contest and got zero info on the details of it, I didn't even reach silver in March. Only playing a select few MTTs on Borgata for now on and I don't want to play there live given the way they have given zero information on what they are doing about the scandal that happened THREE MONTHS AGO. The whole company is unbelievable in my opinion but people are going to keep giving them action no matter what they do so why should they care?

You wont even come close to touching 7 stars at 200nl. But probably doesnt belong in this thread ne way.

Party_Rep -- you should take a look at the WSOP thread and see how Bill conducts an actual dialog with users. We would appreciate that kind of dialog with Party. There are a host of suggestions listed above and Party has not implemented any of them and has not commented on any of them. We have been requesting some very simple things from day 1, like a normal lobby or exposure of cards in all-in situations, and the best you've been able to tell us for months is "we're looking at it".

why didn't you respond to my post and/or my pm in the 2k and 5k freeroll thread? inconvenient? well it was a inconvenience for me to complete the damn missions especially since i don't even play ring games.
