Your right I don't have all the facts. So maybe your right. Obviously people being over emotional and ranting over bad beats is not a big deal. My point I'm trying to make is when lines are crossed it needs to be handled seriously. Thats all Im saying.

I've had someone thrown out of Parx before for being abusive to players/dealers. He threatened to find me in the parking lot after the game because I was telling him to stop being such an *******, I called the floor, he got kicked out. So it is possible, but I do agree they could do a better job of self policing... If I hadn't said anything, nothing would have happened.

Spoke with someone connected with PARX a few weeks ago, and they were tossing around the idea of a multiple-day tourney with three Day 1s (MTW), day off for Thanksgiving, then Day 2 on Friday. Not sure if there would also be a Day 3 on Saturday.

Yeah the Tuesday BIG GAME has been 400/800 Stud-8 and 100-100 PLO for at least a few weeks.

Think I read it's an 8K cap on PLO

I just read some bad news about two employees of the Noodle Bar. The cook and another kitchen worker were killed in a car accident on the way home Monday night. There is an article on Philly.com about the accident with the headline, "Casino cook, coworker killed in Bustleton Ave. crash". It would be nice if someone could take up a collection in the poker room for the families of the men who were killed. Here is the link to the article.

Cops should not be treated like civilians. That ******* should be tortured to the families liking, then killed, and thrown in the sewers. IMO

Liang Pan, you deserved so much better. I hope something is done to help your family.

Dude, you read it too fast.

" They never made it any farther, broadsided by a GMC Yukon sport-utility vehicle that barreled through a red light.

The force of impact sent Pan's car crashing into opposing traffic, where it was smashed by a Jeep Cherokee.

Pan and Chan died at the scene - Pan's mangled Honda Accord towed from the scene before the men's bodies could be extracted. The driver of the Jeep, an off-duty police lieutenant heading home from work, suffered minor injuries.

Police said the driver of the Yukon, Robert Brenzenger Jr., 33, was visibly impaired at the crash site. They found pills and a syringe in his truck. He was unhurt.

On Tuesday, Brenzenger, of the Mayfair section, was awaiting arraignment for two counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, said Tasha Jamerson, spokeswoman for the District Attorney's Office."

The guy who caused it was Robert Brenzenger driving a GMC Yukon who blew the light. (According to the article)

Wish the penalty for DUI was way more harsh than it actually is. Need to deter these idiots that think that drinking/using & driving is ok. So many lives needlessly ruined....... just pathetic.

It looks like it's 3-10 years per DUI homicide count.

Why does Parx not have the last aggressor has to show rule?

Hope someone can answer my questions.

Is there a regular PLO going? Only weekends?

Can I take the amtrak from NYC to cornwell heights and then shuttle or cab it to parx? What are the best price/value hotels?

Because they don't want to? Because it's less common? Because it's harder to keep track of as a dealer?

Last aggressor is only an east coast thing. Vegas and LA both use position as well. There are many threads on the main B&M forum addressing this particular schism.

doesnt seem to go off whenever i'm there. usually theres like 7 people on the list, names get called, everyone on the list stands up and walks to the back, only to find the 6 people they dont want to play against. sit back down in 2/5, repeat.

there's a few spots but it's nowhere near as juicy as the borgata 5/10 or 10/25 imo.

Are you there from 5am-10am? Only on Sundays?

10/10 runs 6 days a week. It hasn't been going for past few months on Sunday. It has been starting in the mid to late afternoon and it goes until it breaks usually well after midnight. The game is stronger (more likely to start and less likely to break) on weekdays than on weekends/Friday.

It plays bigger than Borgata 5/10. Borgata 10/25 is clearly tougher than 10/10 and I'll leave it at that.

I agree with ashinynickel that the Borg 10/25 is clearly tougher. I would say while the 10-10 plays bigger than Borg 5-10, the games have been similar lately. Tuesdays get a few tables. Yesterday evening, Wed, there were two solid tables all night, and the main game went into the next day pretty solidly. Lunchtime into early afternoon is a bit random, but most weeks there is a game going.

Game goes everyday all day except maybe Sunday like mentioned above. I wouldn't say it's nowhere as juicy as 5-10 at Borg. It varies just like any other NL game. It just happens that there is just one or two tables of 10-10 rather than three to five tables of 5-10 at Borg, making it more likely that u may sit in a "juicier" 5-10 game. The 10-25 comparison isn't even close IMO.

I personally think it's better than the Borgata 5/10.
