just calculate how much rake you'll pay in how many hours you would have to play to earn 5-10k points and just buy the breitling obv

The max points you can have saved up is 5k anyway unless you're an Ace or Royal.

Has anyone checked their offers lately? I usually get 15 points per week just for showing up. I have been getting this offer for years. Now, I don't have any offer for free points for coming to Foxwoods. Is this the same for anyone else????

Call them up or check with the rewards desk when you're there. Online is glitchy. I've had mine not show up online before.

That sounds like a good promotion, I am guessing there are restrictions on the room though?

Same situation as you. I went to the rewards desk and they gave me my points. No problems.

I went. Still not listed online, but I am getting 10pts per week. Went to Rewards cage and they said b/c my play decreased in Oct, my pts were cut back some. What they forgot to account for was that my play didnt decrease at all, the Foxwoods Poker Classic was going on so I played alot of tourneys.

Its nice to get punished for events they offer....

Which is, in fact, a decrease in play. They didn't forget to account for that, they did account for it. When judging your play, the measurement used is points earned. Tournaments pay **** for points.

I understand. I am just bitching is all.

However with that said, considering I still spend money on food, drinks, and there is still a possibility I hit the craps table on my way out (although I have NEVER played a table game at Foxwoods in my 3+ years of playing there, but they don't know that for sure), I think that they should account for players making the trek down for tournaments.

I think they should find a way to accommodate players during tournament time thats all. Or at least not punish us because of tournament play. Understand that our hours are going to be affected by the events offered, not because we did not come down as much.

March will be interesting. I didn't realize they are still running the Poker Classic 2 weeks before the WSOP. Turnout for the Classic will be dreadful.

AFAIK they don't factor cash games. The burden is on the player to keep accurate records.
