Anyone that's at FW right now, can you tell me if the 1/2 PLO game listed on current games is hi or hi/lo? I'm assuming the latter, but I'd be presently surprised (and instantly in my car to come down) if it's hi.

I am not there but the Bravo system is pretty accurate listing the plo games running. If it only says plo then it's high only

That was a crazy game. 7 or 8 way pf for $15 or more each was the standard. Raises meant nothing!! I left at 1am and it was still running too.

PLO was a great game last night, minus the fact that I lost nut boat to quads in a $1k pot. Lets try to keep this game running.

Seriously, I am LOVING the games the past couple of weeks. I have not seen so many horrible players willing to gamble it up in a long time.
I won 2BIs last night from players that had hands that should not have put 1 penny in the pot, yet both stuck their whole stack in. I dont know where these people came from but, dear God, I hope they stick around.
On the down side, it has been sweltering hot in that room. Why wont they turn the damn air up????

Also can someone help me with my points. I heard that points expire. I didn't go to foxwoods all summer but will be back this fall. Are my point going to be okay? (Dream points or whatever)

I brought a group of people to Foxwoods recently and had just about the worst imaginable experience with the hotel. Everything from the room being filthy to customer service being rude to be improperly charged, it was just miserable. We all got pissed and went to Mohegan and played there. I have had plenty of bad run-ins with FW before, but this was the last straw. I got about 80 dream points left on my car if anyone wants them, I won't be using them.
Does anyone have an email contact to someone of any importance at the casino who I can email my experience to? Somehow I think the form on the website will just be ignored.

Yeah, most action I've seen in a while at the 1/2 level for PLO. Massive pots all night. I nitted it up pretty hardcore though. If you were there when I was there, then I was the guy that got it in with KQ99 on the A109 rainbow flop vs. A10KQ and lost. -_- haha. I was mildly disappointed with that result since I really wanted to get a big stack there to benefit from the two to my right that had no problems getting lots of money in relatively weak.

Wish we could buy in for like 75% of the big stack.

Sidenote: I stopped at Mohegan on the way home after that and wound up donating half a buy in to a FW floorperson in a 1/2 game. That tilted the crap out of me. haha

How often does 1/2 PLO (Hi only) run? I was there on Thursday night before the Labor Day weekend and was on the interest list but it never got longer than 8. Would love to play in it (total PLO fish, love the game though).

I can't speak to how often it runs but the buy-ins are the same as NLHE. 60 min 300 max. Depends on the table dynamics as far as average stack size is concerned.

Last night was yet another great night. Still scorching in the room so long sessions are hard to do.
I have been eating at Alta Strada alot lately. I had eaten there 5 times or so before I found the best things to order. Order the proscuitto and arugula pizza, arugula sald and the spaghettini aglio con olio and you cant go wrong.

You can always just check your balance online.
