So can I just say how awesome the live table update is? Seriously makes life so much easier.

Any idea when the regular Foxwoods Tourney Schedule returns? With the FPC main event starting next Wednesday - does the regular schedule return Thursday?

Well done Beata. Congrats!

I'll be stalking the 2/5 tables today. Hope I run better than the sick coolers I took yesterday.

Beata,

First, congrats!

Second, Frank G.(2nd)? has played in my game for YEARS. He has always been a completely unremarkable donator. Thoughts?

I'm sure he'll be peacocking all night tonight.

PS - Did you dig the porn 'stache?

congrats beata, the trophy is awesome... and the cash doesn't hurt either.

I'm thinking of going down this weekend, if not this weekend def next week. I bet the 2/5 tables will be awesome w/ the FPC going...

He was a nice guy. Everyone wanted to chop 5 handed, I would have gotten like 8kish and I'm was tanking on taking the deal and eventually I said no, sorry, let's keep playing. We re-negotiated the deal after I busted the guy in 5th, so I took home second place money. We then played for the trophy and the jacket and i proceeded to eliminate every single player from then on out.

Yah, he is a nice guy.

So my plan tonight Beata is this: As we're talking about it, I'm going to ask if he's heard of the girl who won the BBJ, but was underage(I'm guessing he prob has). Then I'm gonna say 'BOOM, that was Beata who lit up your final table, bitch!"

Apparently $5,000 / $10,000 H.S.E.A. is running right now... People were talking about the biggest games running at Foxwoods not too long ago in this thread so I thought I'd share.

EDIT: Game isn't showing up anymore. I'm assuming it just broke or it was a typo. Second scenario makes me

Just looked at the results of the first nine games of the Classic so far. Guess how many chops there were.

Spoiler:
EIGHT. The lone non-chop was a $600 NLHE game.

Seriously, this is ridiculous. It's one thing to chop every now and again, but THIS much? And most of them were 4-way or more, for God's sake. One of the $300's was 12! I understand the game is a crapshoot by the end, but come on! Live a little and take a shot at the much bigger grand prize!

Oh, and I saw your pic on the Foxwoods site, Beata. Nicely done and congrats! Now watch out as I take you down at the next $300 on Tuesday

those mega stacks are such a grind, it's beyond miserable to play good poker the entire tourney only to go out in 5th place to a coin flip. I don't blame anyone for chopping, at that stage of the tournament anyway, as long as the chop is fair.

I think that the 23 way chop or whatever it was that they did a few months ago was absolutely ridiculous, and I'd never let a chop like that happen if I was still in.

I'll be playing the 400$ event on sunday, can't make the 300$ one. I really hope I can win one of these things sooner rather than later!

In general, I just hate chops. If I was there, I'd most likely be the buzzkill to ruin it. And I'd feel guilty too because these people just want it to end or they don't want a 2nd day (although it's not my fault you didn't book a room or plan ahead, so tough luck). At the same time, it puts a target on you when you decide not to chop, leading to people grouping against you. And what about the last person to be knocked out who finishes with say $2K and the pay jumps to $5-6K, meaning he missed out on a much bigger payday that he otherwise had no knowledge of? Doesn't sound fair. We need better guidelines and etiquette for this.

Of course, given my luck, you'll never have to worry about me making a final table and being there to ruin a chop

600 NL was not chopped last night, although the discusion was very interesting, with local Shawn R wanting to lock up 10K for the last 5, leaving 26K to play for. One said no. They play 2 hands and they stop the clock again cuz the nay vote changed his mind. Now the chip leader declines and they play til the end. The chip leader finished 2nd and the other the first guy that said no won. Go Freddy!!!

I will be down around 5ish, also I stay every Wednesday-Friday.

What will you be playing?

Tom is great. I think that the women like him more than the men, though. Must be the accent
Should be busy and juicy today. The tourney losers chasing their losses and the tourney winners on winner's tilt

ty. came into day 2 like 42/46 with 41k at 1500/3000 so was basically freerolling the whole way through the money so couldn't really complain about not going deeper.

The seasonal dealers are dealing today. It is unbelievable how bad they are. At 2/5, we just got dealt 8 hands in his down.

2/5 was insane last night, avg pot must have been 300$

saw a massive pot set vs two pair+flush draw, guy w/ 2pair+fd raised 185 to 1600+, lol

Wanted to do the 400 today but got no sleep, also heard that they removed a few levels from it
