Gaming commission aside, each dealer is individually responsible to maintain guidelines and codes as well. So you are risking their individual gaming license as well. So yes people always want to run it more than once (which I personally never do) to lower your variance, but know that you are risking someones JOB and CAREER when you are nitting it up and asking for this.

How about upping the amount in the pot for 2/5 before you take the BBJ drop, to put it in line with both 1/2 and 5/10?

How many runners today at the 11am? I am planning on playing that at the end of June (driving straight to AC after teaching last day of school in NYC). I've only played at Taj, Harrahs and Showboat, so it'll be a first to Borgata. From what I hear the way tournaments are run is like night and day.

The structure is the best in AC IMHO. The fields are usually bigger too.

(Figured I would answer both posts)
Stan or Tab,

I have the same question: i.e., how many players entered today's 15k guarantee morning game? Usually its around 300 or so, but I was wondering if there were more now that its warmer. Thanks.

Warmer does not always mean better. Sometimes it is too nice to be inside. Today is one of those days.

Had a great time at the B for most of the last 36 hours....bailed out just before dinner time today to tend to the real world crap before work tomorrow.

Thanks to Stan and the rest of his team for a great time as always, not to mention the sickest run I've put on an LHE game at the 10/20 yesterday

no dealer was asked anything with regards to this. i know the rule and wanted to know if it was a Borgata rule or GC.

speaking of GC changes, were they now allowing only razz or all widely played lowball games?

Raising the $2-$5 min/max a $100/$200 is a solution.
I think that you just answered your own question. No (or very little) demand. Most players like the buy in range the way it is. Thus, why should the management change it? I can't think of a good reason.

I'm done discussing this since the person in charge has made their decision.

Also not sure, but the kid 2 seats to your left (The asian kid who stacked me when he hit a gutshot after all the chips went in with my AAA vs his QQQ on a rainbow board) may make it 6.

Anyone going up for the Junkies poker open on May 20? I am staying at the Borg and really psyched about it. Could be that I am going to switch my biz back over there due to their large bank of 9/6 JoB video poker machines, and awesome rooms.

ahhh I did that at least two or three times myself (though I could usually beat fourth pair on the turn lol)

I do however think that I need to take the line you thought I was on more often.....so at least I had that to mull over.

I'm headed down there. I am not sure about playing in the tourney, but I'm sure the cash games will be hopping as usual.

I think you played very well Pixie and variance sure is a bitch. I think I must play terrible but I also run pretty terrible in the game. If there is anything you can help me out with PM or something since I mainly play with idiots at .10/.25 PLO 6-max online. It was very nice meeting you.

If you have not already, check out the B-Bar. 9/6 JOB machines at the bar, comped drinks, televisions, and good music. Great spot during the weekdays, sometimes hard to get a seat some busy nights and on the weekend.
