Definitely wrong, it's highly against their rules and I've talked about this thing with them.

The use of seating aids is prohibited on 888 and they strongly enforce that policy by warning players and in some cases (temporarily) suspending their accounts. It is not even allowed to have seating software running on other platforms while also playing on 888.

You've reported many times and they've done nothing. Either these players aren't using seating aids, or they are using them and the site can't detect it. Go play on another site or in a different game format if it bothers you that much.

888 support has gone down the drain a long time ago. Switch to a different site! I'd recommend Pokerstars, since there you can get all-in insurance and never get sucked out on again. Rake is much lower for 2NL as well.

I think its the opposite. Vs regs paisting will get more folds as they tend to not make multiway mistakes (e.g. calling an open shove in MP with ATo) that are -EV for both players.

His winrate vs regs will be higher as paradoxical as this sounds.

I don't frequent this thread often so I'm not completely up to date with the latest developments other than the last couple of pages, but I agree with the people suggesting just to cut losses at 888 and move to Stars. If he were to play zoom, his winrate would likely improve by like 150bb/100 since I would guess that most of the players there aren't aware of him and would massively overfold to his shoves. Additionally, the pool is liquid enough to eliminate any predatory practices and since he goes on and on about how unlucky he is, he can just cash out his equity every time he gets all in. I honestly have no idea why he keeps playing at 888 when he's completely aware of what is going on regarding him getting bumhunted by regs who normally play higher and soft-collude with one-another. For that reason, playing at Stars would probably be the best way for him to go.
