Yesterday is gonna be my last day at the gym for a while. People are gross there without this virus happening, so avoiding that.

Sticking to outdoor runs and cycling until this settles some more. On the fence about skiing, would hate to end my season so early.

I wasn't really nervous until I read about the mid-30s doctors that have died in China.

Man. Play guitar a ton. I swear that I got half decent by playing an absolute **** ton over a relatively short amount of time. You can get exponentially better fast if you build up the callouses to the point where you can play 3-5 hours everyday. Also, I don’t remember if I ever recommended this, but try playing a ton without a pick too. Fingerpicking is massive for feel and getting more intuitive with both hands on a gat. You can learn to play chords that aren’t really possible with pick strums.

Meanwhile, I have a seasonal allergy which makes me sneeze a lot, so I am on Claritin and have nasal decongestant on hand.

Being a member of the Lion's Club, which gives everyone in town the false impression that I'm a fine upstanding pillar of the community, I volunteered to work.

Friday just working the car show. Only have to get them registered and show them where to park. Again not too worried. Then I'm done for the weekend.

Still I'm likely to come within coughing distance of thousands of people from who knows where. Pray for me.

I'm impressed. They realized cancelling a rattlesnake hunt over virus concerns makes no statistical sense.

Thanks, good listen. Even this guy's likely scenario where he's using 0.06 cfr and 40% infected leaves 800k Americans dead by this time next year. Much like the flu or the H1N1. I see now how they're the same and these shutdowns and quarantines are silly.
