please try the basic theme and re-Include FTP and let me know how that works. we need to determine if its a theme problem or not (it doesnt look like it should be)

btw, how are you triggering the check action? mouse click? SaT hotkey?

I'm a mouse guy...like to click buttons myself :-)...only using hotkeys for moving table to slot#1 and move table to the next free slot

yeah, mouse click should work. can you also try a "Fold + stack" hotkey and see what happens? The "+ Stack" part of the hotkey should be bypassed if you are clicking Check

2.2.0.1 wants to move to tables to stack 4 first then stack 7 for some reason...

Yeah i'm getting something similar. I have a 2 monitor setup and my configuration is such that 1-6 are on my first monitor and 7-12 are on my second monitor.

7 is my new tables slots and 8 is my stack. Rather than being sent to grid in order, they're being sent to 9, 10, 11,12 first.

ohhhh, i see, its cause your stack slot is 8, so now it seems SaT is counting up from there.

i need to rethink this. should it start at 1 or should it start at stackslot+1 ? what do you guys think? the change in 2.2.0.1 is the latter. this was unintentional by product of some changes. i have also posted on the SaT forum

you can fix it for now by rearranging your grid slots

what are your stack slot, new tables slot, old tables slot?

I think just going by number and not stackslot +1 allows for better customization. My setup is such that i like my stack slot slightly offset from the center of my vision so that if there's some random occurance where my table doesn't pop to the grid then i can still catch it in time. So my slots look like:
5 3 1 | 7 9 11
6 4 2 | 8 10 12

My first monitor is my primary focus (I play heads up). I keep my stack and my new tables slot in 7&8 and then keep the other slots open for observing HU matches. I like keeping my 2nd monitor as my overflow so that i know that the monitor that i'm playing on can be kept clean

I saw this yesterday and snap bought it without even checking for the free trail(lol). Anyways the F9 button etc are not working for me. I tried it on stars(nova theme) and cake. I am using a hp laptop laptop with windows 7.

Also when I launch the program it takes about 2 mins to start.

i've only had this problem reported one other time. and actually i forget what the problem was. as an alternative, you can CTRL + SHIFT + CLICK a table in place of F9, but the next step requires an F10. let me know what happens

as i remember, when the previous user used the On Screen Keyboard in windows, F9 worked.


the program connects to the internet to check for updates. while its doing this, it displays a 'Please Wait' image. is this what is taking so long? is your internet connect slow?

Thank you for the quick response. I was able to use the fuction keys with the on-screen keyboard. I got it working on stars, however, at revolution I cannot get passed the step pressing F10. It can't seem to be able to make the hand fold.

About the slow starting well my internet is decent I don't think its that.

I had that problem. I think Greg found the solution, I had F lock on which is like num lock but for the F keys.

very strange. can you tell me two things?

1. what exact site name does SaT try to include? it should be something like "Revolution_125_big". what does yours say?
2. click on File->Current Config, at the top there should be two lines "table_width" and "table_height". please tell me those values.

does it start slow EVERY time? does it hang on the 'Please Wait' image?

It asks me to open a revolution_100 table. The first step is successful it locates the table but when I press F10 it doesn't fold the hand.

I re-installed it and the slow start part seem to have disappeared.

do you get the messagebox saying: "Your hand should have folded. Did it?"

maybe its the same problem as before with the F9, where the F10 isnt registering? do you have F lock on on your keyboard? are you trying F10 with the on screen keyboard?

Yeah I am getting that message box. I am using the on screen keyboard. I don't think that is the problem because it worked fine with pokerstars.

its very strange. when it fails, on the setup screen, it should tell you what coordinates it attempted to click at. can you tell me what those are?

Yes, it says attempted to fold at coords: 426 by 478

i just tested this exact table size and it did fold at those coordinates for me... so not sure whats going on on your system..

are you running SaT as administrator? what version of windows are you using?

Yeah I always right click and run it has administrator and also it did work at stars. However, most of my volume is currently on cake. I use windows 7.

Well if you have no other suggestion I will wait till Wednesday and try it on my normal setup. I am currently in another country and playing on a laptop.

one last thing

right click on your desktop, choose "Screen Resolution", then click the blue link "Make text and other items larger or smaller"
